Loyal customer for a decade

Loyal customer for a decade. Ordered 3 jackets from sale. There is no right to return for sale items.

I guess they can do this now since UK is not EU anymore.

Just because you can do something doesn't necessarily mean you should.

Drake’s experience

What made the experience great was the customer service I received which was excellent. However, there is limited choice and limited stock which prevents the experience from being fully satisfying.

Easy transaction and item lovely

Website easy to navigate and online purchase smooth .
Excellent delivery timescale and item arrived on time and well packaged if a little plain , I would have preferred something akin to Mr Porter .
Overall great experience even so .

How are they still trading?

Takes forever to get a response to a sales enquiry by email. Savile Row shop staff are charmingly vacant, disengaged and fine specimens of the minor British public school dunce - when I told them I was a 34" waist it was suggested I try the 32" on the rack to save the trouble of fetching a 34" from the stock room. Haven't had a problem with the clothes (yet) and vaguely pleased, if surprised, to see they still exist.

The parcel is stuck in customs and the support needs 72 hours to reply. Although you take care of fees and taxes, I have been ask by DHL to give a customs clearance authorization which my results in additional costs…

When we shipped your order, it was mistakenly sent as DAP (Delivered at Place) instead of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). As you mentioned, duties and taxes are included in the price, and we are closely coordinating with DHL to have this resolved.
