How long should I wait?

My order has not been delivered for 9 days, it has not even been shipped yet!

It's a big disappointment when you pay 20€ for the shipping!

And they still send newsletter everyday like they run a smooth operation which is far from the reality.

Poor Experience. Poor Communication

I am extremely disappointed with my recent online shopping experience. My order was for an item needed for a scheduled trip. It was initially confirmed but after waiting eight days for an update, I was abruptly notified that the order was cancelled "due to a stock error" without any offer of alternatives or further assistance. For a brand that markets itself as premium, this failure in basic stock management and more so, customer communication, is not what I would expect.

I subsequently have made another purchase and my order was fulfilled promptly. The item was excellent quality with first-rate cut and materials

I felt very uncomfortable by sending a product different from the product photo or sending it in a different color than the one I ordered, and I don't want to order again

Great clothing but...

Great clothing, but the sizing is inconsistent and often not accurately reflected in the size charts. It would be helpful if the website included more detailed sizing information—for example, displaying all products on a model with the model’s measurements listed, and providing consistent, detailed sizing advice for every item, not just some. Overall, a revamped website with clearer sizing guidance would go a long way toward preventing unnecessary returns (and would likely take some pressure off the advice centre).

'discount code' is a fake option

Drake's has a 'discount code' option on the payment page (Cart page), however, if you subscribe the newsletter or try to place your first order, they do not give you any ‘discount code’.
Rather than being disappointing, this is in fact evidence of a way of treating customers very badly and synonymous with poor customer service and a lack of business vision.

To clarify, Drake’s does not currently offer discount codes, and we do not advertise them in exchange for newsletter sign-ups or first-time orders. The discount code field on our cart page exists to accommodate special promotions we may occasionally run, but these are rare and always clearly communicated when available.

We also have a dedicated customer service team who are always happy to assist directly. If you had contacted them, they would have gladly explained that we do not offer discount codes and clarified any confusion.

We understand that some retailers do offer such discounts as standard practice, but our approach is to focus on consistently delivering high-quality products and services to every customer, rather than relying on incentives or codes.
