I did a fair bit of research before picking a company to go with and there's been a few times during the process where I thought I'm really pleased I went with DP Conveyancing. They're the kind of company you can trust are getting on with it.

We were very pleased with our decision to use DP Conveyancing as our solicitor. From the initial instruction, they were extremely prompt, following up with us for any outstanding documents and providing clear guidance on what was needed. We felt well-informed throughout the process and found their team to be consistently professional.

The only area for potential improvement would be in communication around staff absences. Especially during completion week—it would have been helpful to be informed in advance and properly introduced to their covering colleague. A minor detail was missed in the summary of sale, which appeared to be due to staff handover during holiday
