Cheap shoes and misleading advertisements. Return is to China. .I don't think any human can walk to far in the ones I ordered. Only money I can retrieve is when I do next year tax return by giving them to a center.

Cheap shoes. Billed as orthopedic? Not on your life. No cushioning inside at all. Never again.

So, I saw the shoes and read reviews on the site to confirm sizing and they had a return policy (within 30 days), the shipping would be my responsibility. I am not sure what I missed but upon the shoes being too large I contacted customer support regarding a return.

The reply I received is they are sorry about the problem, however, if I wish a refund the shipping is my responsibility. Understandable. HOWEVER, what I do not believe is that it is $50 to $80 for return/stocking fee. They did offer me $8 to keep the shoes.

I would not recommend this company because if the shoe does not fit you are out of luck.

I ordered 4 pair of sneakers advertised as orthopedic. I have terrible feet. Shoes arrived in a timely manner and came today. BUT they are not orthopedic, so cheaply made they'd probably fall apart. Website says no refunds on sale items. ALL of their Shoes are on sale. No call back from customer service yet. Called Discover to file a dispute. I'm usually wiser. Do not order from this company, they are scam artists.

Shoes look great but they don’t fit my feet. No paperwork arrived with the package so it took me a week of sending emails for them to respond as to how to return the product.
Until I included a photo of the shoes, they did not respond to my emails. Odd. As for returning, forget it. I bought two pairs of shoes and am told it will be $50 to $60 to return it, but they will give me an $8 credit.
The company is from China, which I missed when ordering. Run!!!!

I just got my package yesterday. it almost 11 days. but I received my shoes and all is good!

The shoes purchased are made out of some sort of man made material, non-supportive and too small. These are not the quality that is advertised. No receipt in the package that was a plastic bag and shipping tape. Return must be done in 30 days. Very scammy company. I will have to dispute the purchase as I have no other way to handle. Very deceptive!

I bought a pair and omg they are so comfortable I have to them on from the time I get up to the I get ready for bed. So light so so frigging comfortable. I ended up buy myself,3 more pair my wife a pair my ,12 yr old a pair definitely recommend these shoes

Please do not buy from this company. Bought a pair of shoes in a larger size and still too small and received with no invoice or information as how to return. in researching this information it would cost more to return then the cost of the shoe. they clearly do not want product returned. this company is a total ripp off. Wish I read the reviews before ordering from this company.

Shoes did not fit and I was informed that they would only refund $8.00 of my $76 purchase. The reason is that the purchaser bears the cost of return and the return charge is usually $50 - $80 so it is better to just keep them and get an $8.00 refund even if they do not fit.

YES. I WAS SCAMMED.. I ordered 2 pair of orthopedic shoes. The site shows these great doctor recommendations on these orthopedic shoes… NOTHING WAS TRUE.. I was sent 2 pair of shoes that were 2 sizes to small.. & have no orthopedic soles.. I did not get a receipt.. or an order number.. I will cancel this payment on my credit card..

A zero star review is the best I can offer. The Dotmall sneakers that are showing up on online ads are from China. When I ordered the sneakers the add was for a larger toe box. In addition the ad indicated to order a size as indicated on the chart they provided. When the sneakers arrived the sneaker was too small and my toes were jammed into the front of the shoe.
I replied to the email confirmation I had received. Thank goodness there was a reply to my inquiry about the return. But the reply indicated the shipping and customs fees would be $50 and my refund would be $8.
I replied that they needed a US address for returns and I will never purchase from another bogus Chinese company again.
Do not purchase the sneakers. They are not sturdy and are more like a slipper in the way it is manufactured

This is a scam. Shoes over a month ago never arrived. Impossible to track, won't even open. I should have researched more before ordering. Lesson learned.

These are cheaply made bras that fit horrible. Return is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE out of Hong Kong. Spent 25.99$ each fir 2 bras with 10$ shipping. Told me 50 to 80 dollars to ship back. Offered 8$ refund.Redic. These sites should be banned from internet. Another China scam site.
