Horrible, cheaply made product. No packing slip to return items. Refuses to answer emails. Do NOT purchase anything from these people, especially the senior bras. When they finally did respond, they offered to refund me $5.00 on an almost $62.00 order! But they also wanted me to return the products to China that could cost me $60-$80 to return, I refused because the items were shipped to me from Vernon, CA., and that is where i said I would return the items to. Then after another email they offered to refund me $15.00, but they still wanted me to them back to China. Thank gosh I paid with Paypal. We all need to file complaints with BBB and postal mail fraud.

If I could give this company a -5 stars I would. Took a long time to arrive. Had to write an email asking where they were finally got them a few days later. I bought a bra on sale, so no refund I bought what was called orthopedic sneakers on sale no refund. They were white and looked very cute. Do not fit cheaply made like soft cardboard. I will write them an email and fight this because I’m not paying $100 to ship back to China. The bra is too small not the size I ordered, could fit a 13 year old. I’ve read all the other reviews I wish I had read before I had anything to do with this company , please, save your money I just lost almost $100

Update: 1/3/23-after multiple emails they were open to negotiation with refund. I settled for $50 You just have to keep after them and they seem to want this. They kept offering less I wouldn’t take it. Stay away from bad business so you won’t get into a situation.

It took a long time but all 4 pairs of really cute shoes arrived. I was really nervous based on the reviews. The shipping was difficult to track and the packaging was odd…LOL… But overall, they came through like champs for me!

Shoes were too big. And because they were on sale, there is no refund. Never knew that. So I will not order a smaller size. A cheesy website with horrible customer service.

I ordered an electric heater, waited ages for any response, was told it was on its way. After I didn't receive it I explored their emails to find a tracking number. This told me that it had been delivered to 'a safe place'. I can't find it anywhere, so I've asked them to tell me where they delivered it to. I'm waiting for an answer!

I recently bought from dotmalls a fan heater. When i came to use it made loud noises. They will not replace it unless i return it to China at a cost of 80 dollars to me. They will then give me 8 dollars towards the cost.
I will never purchase anything from them again. What a disgusting way to treat a customer. W Chaney

Dot Mall is a scam site that should be investigated by the Better Business Bureau. Bought 2 bras that were shipped from China that did not fit me and they want way more than I paid to return them to China! I will give the bras away to Goodwill. Terrible experience with this company.

I bought shoes from this site. They were the ugliest, most uncomfortable (NO arch support) shoes I've ever seen. Since it took so long for them to come the 30 days after my ORDER had elapsed, so I just threw them out. AVOID this seller, as I will in the future.

This is a terrible site I bought 2 bras and they arrived the size of a 10 year old child, And unbeknownst to me I had previously purchased a pair of sandals that you couldn't buckle because the strap is tiny and way too small. Don't buy from these people their products are c***

Very disappointing!!! Do not buy from this company. They are based in China and their merchandise does not match the pictures they advertise. Their sizing does not match USA sizes and then when you want to return them, they require that you pay the shippings fees up to $100. They will bargain with you to accept a very low amount to keep them.

Fraudulent claim of orthopedic shoes. Too small, cheaply made. The possibility for a full refund on returns or exchanges is also a false claim. When attempt to return they will tell you that you are responsible to ship back to China and that it will cost you over $80.+. It appears that they change e-commerce business name weekly. Do Not Buy From dot mall or sunfish or anyone claiming to sell great orthopedic shoes online.

Found out too late this was a total scam. Sandals too small and practically made of cardboard. Waited a month without a word and waited another month for a tracking number that didn't work. Threatened to report them then got my cheap sandals. Asking for a return slip but who knows?

I would never do business with this company again the quality of this product is inferior and the return postage is more than the product. I will be sending a copy of your return policy to the Better business bureau here in the USA and also the customer review on the website here in the USA and fair Trade Commissioner.

I haven’t purchased this brand of shoes. However, I did purchase fake Ortho sandals from a company called Sursell and it sounds EXACTLY like this Dotmalls products. Look great in pics, save the more pairs you buy, but when you get them they are in a bag, cheapest kind of plastic shoes possible with very ugly cheap stitching. I even got one pair with two right foot sandals!! Check out comments on the Sursell brand and it matches the descriptions here. Rip-off scam places. Probably all connected.

First let me start by saying the shoes look so cute online , very tempting ! I ordered a pair of black rhinestone work shoes , I never got a tracking number I never got anything after I paid , so u had to reach out to customer service and asked them Whare is my shoes ! Finally I got a hold of someone and the sent out my shoes ! When I received my shoes it was in a Wierd packaging !! And when I tried them on they were plastic looking and 2 sizes bigger than my foot ! The fit was horrible ! I recently reached out to them for a refund!! Let’s see how that goes ! I will keep you all posted !

Fraudulent orthotic shoe claims. I ordered 3 pair of sandals from this company $93.98 (each additional pair lowered price) -Click bait on social media. Delivered was 3 pair squished and wrinkled in a bag, no box and no invoice as to how to return. Inferior plastic materials used & glue drips all over the glued sole. Worst craftsmanship I have ever seen in a shoe. The top sole and bottom sole are dangerously slippery and there is nothing "orthotic" about this cheaply made shoe; false marketing ploy. It took me 4 emails to get a refund. First they said it would cost me $80 to return them to China even though the package had a New Jersey warehouse return address. They offered only $15 refund after that, then $45 refund. After telling them I will continue my dispute for full refund with credit card and PayPal, they finally refunded me and told me to give shoes away or throw them out.
