I don't know about anyone else, but I had a very good experience with. I bought some shoes from them and I love them.
I'm so sorry to see so many people that had bad experiences with them.

I bought some shoes which were supposedly designed by podiatrists. They showed photos of the shoe with a high arch. When it came it had no arc, was very flat and hard with no bend. When I tried to return the $39.99 shoe, they said it would cost from $80-90. They said if I wanted, they could give $8 for my trouble. Then they said they couldn’t find my order. What frauds! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Biggest scam that I've ever run into from an internet retailer. The article about how these are 'hand-made' by a veteran & his son to honor American Heroes is the biggest part of the scam. What really bothers me is that I'm a veteran and let myself get sucked into this purchase, by the 'tear-jerking' article!! The 'wreath' that I received was a color copy of the original artwork laminated onto cheap wood!! Maybe I'll finally learn to quit buying from these thumbnail ads on my favorite news websites!!

If there was something lower, I would rate it. Shame on me. I should have read the reviews. Bought a pair of "supposedly" orthotic shoes for $50.00. not even worth $5.00. Cheap vinyl and no arch what-so-ever. Just reading the reviews, I will not even attempt to return them. Just another scam company from China. i am $50.00 poorer.

It amazes me that in this day and time, patients have to go to specialty bra stores. Even after being fitted and knowing your particular situation, you still can’t order a bra… a painless bra!

I experienced the same response (the reviews before me) as I attempted to return Dotmalls Comfy Sandals. I had great difficulty trying to get an address for RETURN. FINALLY, after multiple emails I was given a response with an OFFER for $8.00 as a refund!!! The cost of my purchase was $49.99. There rational was that it would cost me $50. to $80.00 in mailing fees as the shoes have to be to CHINA??? UPS said it could be as much as $100.00!
WHY then would this Company even find it financially feasible to sell & mail this product at ALL? MAYBE BECAUSE THEY KEEP the MONEY of DUMBIES like me who believed their GUANRATEE.
I noted this has been going on and reported since 2022; yet they continue to exist. SHAME on me for not checking Trustpilot first!!!!
The sandals were POORLY made; without ANY arch support as advertised. The shoe was Narrow, hard and the material cut into my skin as I attempted to try them on.

They do not send directions on how to return for refund.

I had a terrible experience with Dotmalls buying a pair of sandals which the quality is very poor, and they do not feet me. Like the other people who complained, I tried to return the sandals, and I was told to pay for the shipping to China, between $50.00 to $75.00.
Dotmalls is a scam company. I think the Bureau of Consumer Protection must check this business.

I love the fact that I could get the shoes I love without the cost of having them shipped back which would have been costly I think, thank you!

I purchased a pair of sandals for $59. They did not fit. The return policy LIED, guaranteed a full refund. Unfortunately, they offered only $8 as a refund and I was told to return it to China at my own expense, which would cost nearly $50.
This experience has been MOST disappointing. The company did not uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction. I expected a hassle-free return process and a fair resolution.
These companies do more than dirty up the web. They spread their hate as they cheat honest people. They do not accept any feedback to improve their practices. AFTER MY PURCHASE, I found excessive complaints on each of their sites. Shame on me! Do NOT make the same mistake.

My husband ordered Dotmall Luxegem Sherum mug which was supposed to look like a mug with a geode-look on the exterior. What we received was a mug in a clump of blue plastic. It didn't look anything like the item pictured. This was $39.99 plus $10 shipping. Definitely a scam. What a disappointment.

I ordered the "LuxGem Mugs" from DotMall. I purchased 3 mugs for $90 and shipping was $9.99. They are just as crappy as the reviews here state. Very small and plastic. I contacted the vendor to return them and was told it would cost $60-$80 in postage to return them (no, I can't return them to the Los Angeles address they came from. Must go back to China). They offered to give me $15 to just keep them. I declined and filed a dispute with my Credit Card company. I let the vendor know. They replied with a "how about $30 refund to keep the mugs".
I was notified yesterday by my credit card company that my conditional credit is now permanent. Never buy from this company. BTW, I found these same mugs on Amazon. I should have checked there before ordering. The reviews there are accurate and Amazon is generally easier to return when you receive crap.

1 Star - Terrible Experience!

I ordered four of the Artisan Stone Crystal Coffee Mugs. One in blue, one in green, one in pink, and one in gray/black. If I could give a negative 100 stars, I would. What I received was nothing like what was advertised. The cups were beautifully presented online, but when they arrived, they looked like cheap little toy cups. It's honestly baffling how companies can get away with misleading advertising like this. Very disappointed and definitely won't be purchasing from here again.

If I could give Dotmalls LuxeGem coffee mug a ZERO rating I would!! Supposedly 50% off at $39.99 this is nothing more than "fake" acrylic and sloppy hand painting wrapped around a small metal cup!! It is NOT a chiseled natural gemstone rock as portrayed in the photos for this item and one has to be very advertising language savvy to figure out that they are purposely avoiding "actual materials used" in describing this product. It's junk that isn't even worth $5!!! We're yet to figure out if this crappy cup can be sent back for a refund, but based on other's reviews, we are not holding much hope for that. Just feeling duped, scammed and robbed. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SELLING CHINESE MADE GARBAGE!!!
