Like everyone else, I regret not reading the reviews. The quality is extremely poor. Leather is paper thing and would break the first time you wore them. While they say they will refund if not 100% satisfied, when I contacted the company, they told me it would cost $80 to return the shoes to China and that cost is on me. I'm kicking myself for not researching more before ordering.

I was so relieved to find a company that provides wide width shoes that are nice and fashionable. Ordered two pairs. The sizes were wrong and could not get my foot in at all. The make was like from paper, very poorly made. I tried calling the company, leaving messages, no response. Sending emails and they came back. Wanting to send them back, no address could be found. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and reported them to the BBB.

Daraufhin wurde angeboten, dass ich neue Schuhe erhalte, wenn ich Geld nachzahle oder dass mir 1/10 des Kaufpreises erstattet würde, weil die Rücksendung teuer wäre.
Für diese Rücksendung (nach China - was im Vorfeld nicht klar war), die etwa die Hälfte des Kaufpreises kostete erhielt ich eine falsche Rücksendeadresse.
Im weiteren Verlauf hatte ich Kontakt zum deutschen Zoll und zum Verkäufer, der mir erklärte nichts zurückzahlen zu können, da er die Schuhe, die inzwischen wieder in Deutschland angekommen waren, ja nicht hätte entgegennehmen können.
Selbst die mail, in der mir die falsche Adresse mitgeteilt worden war, überzeugte den Verkäufer nicht, die Schuld bei sich zu suchen.
Es dauerte mehrere Wochen mit immer neuen mails und zunehmend strapazierten Nerven bis mir schließlich der Kaufbetrag zurückerstattet wurde. Die teure Rücksendung musste ich allerdings bezahlen.

The 2 pairs I ordered arrived much sooner than expected, given the tracking page said these were at a port in China with no date-range for delivery. However, these are really poor quality vinyl, cheap, the stitching of the pieces was very basic, not artisan, not professional stitching. Not worth my time to return these --- these are not the quality shown in the photos. But buyer beware. Don't fall for this.

The clasps on the shoes is risky at best. There isn't a way to securely fasten the shoes. They are very light, flimsy, and do not support the feet. Very disappointed in these. I regret not reading the reviews before I purchased these shoes. Waste of money.

Ordered their eyeglasses to enhance my ability to read small print and to assist in my farsighted eye problems. What I received was regular glass lenses with an extremely large bi-focal area. These glasses are a total waste. They were also supposed to block "blue computer screen" light emitted by monitor. Another failure! A TOTAL SCAM!!!!

But I received the shoes which has defect in the strap. I sent them an email about this issue and wanted to return back the shoes, but they sent me an email and offered me to pay $8. I paid $54 for the very bad quality and defected shoes and I cannot find proper seller to return back the item

As you read the mail, they wants me to pay the return cost. In USA retail company supply the returning labels and customers return the item without any cost.
Stay away from this company, they are scammer

This company took my money and told me I had to send the product back to China for a refund but it came from New York and went into a bank there. They offered me $8.00

Ditto to every single review. Offered me $10 or pay $50-$80 shipping costs to return the shoes that weighed about 2 lbs.

OMG horrible merchandise....well fool me once, as they say. Everything is 'on sale', because it's so cheap, and the catch is 'no returns on sale items'.

Doesn't answer phone or emails. The car I ordered was twice the price. They had a return address on the box. It was a LIE.

Very suspicious of bad English. They tell you your order has been received and shipping status has been updated, but you can't track your items. I'd advise anyone to avoid. Just another SCAM!

Dotmalls promotes counterfeit products that are fake items, made in CHINA, with fake U.S. addresses. The spiral DNA Hummingbird feeders I got were incomplete, broken, lids didn't fit, and when I went to return them, some email from China wanted $80.00 to return the items that cost $44.00 each. SCAM!!!!!!

These shoes barely resemble the pictures in their advertisements. They are mostly plastic. There are no widths.. I had wanted wide instead they just went up a size.

I will give these two pairs of shoes to a shelter. They just are not something I would wear. I don’t think returning and trying to get my money back is an option. Live and learn!

shoes were a cheap plastic, one pair was damaged where the plastic was coming apart and runs small too narrow. When contacted them, after much ado, my options were refund for one pair and $15.00 and keep the shoes, which by the way I can't wear or send them back to China which would cost a fortune.

Dotmalls sent wrong size sandals, tried to return them was told to send back to China and pay shipping cost, that was a reasonable request. Custome service no help. Filed a dispute with my credit card company, and filed a consumer complaint with the State of Florida.
This company seems to be a scam.

Purchased the 3D mug. Paid almost 50 dollars for a cup, only to find out the outside picture was nothing more than a stick on painting. I should have known better, but my sister really loved this mug. You guys should be ashamed of yourself, your items are worthless and you need to do better. Never will buy from here again.

I ordered the heated vest.. not what I expected.. ask for refund.. would take it back but shipping was as much as vest .. said they would give me 5.00 refund!! Don’t order from this place !!! You’ll be disappointed
