the advertisement states they are magical glasses. There is nothing magic about them. they are bifocals at best with a very visible line showing where the reading portion is. you wouldn't be caught wearing these!!!

Same words as many other reviews- total scam company. They finally told me that they would credit me $15 instead of the original $8.—on a purchase of $68. how can a company stay in business being totally dishonest— stay away from this company

I'm very sorry to hear of people's negative experiences with Dotmalls and I was quite nervous about my order for night glasses but it arrived as quick as a flash in Australia with no problems at all! Thank you!!

I made the mistake of ordering 2 of their bras. The bras came to $50.00 with $11.98 for shipping & taxes. When I wanted to return the 2 cheap & junky bras I talked to someone who said they had to be shipped back to Guandong Province China. I had put a dispute in with my credit card company. I went to UPS to see how much it would cost to send back & was told it would be at least $262.05. This company needs to be shut for fraud!!

I ordered two bras: $50 plus shipping and handling $11.98. The bras showed up four weeks later. I had, in the mean time, found similar bras for less $$. Due to the late arrival, I attempted to do a return. The company said a return postage would be $50 and they would give me an $8 refund if I would drop the request. This is unacceptable.

They don't have any return address. The sizes are totally off. You buy it your stuck. They don't deserve a star. CHRISSY K's are the same pay for delivery pay for return. Sizes are not even possible

I WISH I had seen these reviews before I made a purchase from this company which has no integrity at all. Telling me that I could pay $50 to return an item that was MUCH smaller fit than their size chart indicated, OR an $8 refund (for a $75 purchase)! Unbelievable! PLEASE stay away from this company. If I could give it Negative points, I would.

Horrible experience with this company! Even though I ordered the biggest size available that should have fit me they did not! The cost for shipping items back is ridiculous AND they told me if my return shipment is damaged or lost they are not responsible. They don't really care about customer service, all they want to do is make the sale.

I purchased some glasses that were supposed to be readers that would work like bifocals. They were worthless, and when I tried to return them, I could find no information on how to do so. I e-mailed Dotmalls customer service, and didn't hear back. I checked the returns page, and there is NO INFORMATION on where to send something. After a month I tried calling and was asked to leave two messages, and my calls weren't returned. I wrote the e-mail address again and shared that I would be writing my state's district attorney. I was offered an $8 refund to avoid the $50-80 shipping costs to send the product back to China. Then I was offered a $25 refund for a $40 purchase. I told them they could refund my $39.99 and that I'd sent a letter to the DA. Stay away from them. They are SHYSTERS

Company is a total scam... they post photos of nice items on their website, and send junk.

They state the product has to be returned to China and would cost more than the cost of the product.

Let the U.S. Government know about this company by going to: econsumer.gov

False advertising including the product, their return policy and where the shipment is coming from. I ordered a very wide boot. They were not delivered on time, package smelled like stale cigarettes and I could not fit my big toe into the boot. I have since seen them advertising the boot with a different marketing strategy vs a wide boot. I contacted them and they told me it would cost me $80.00 to ship back. That return policy was not stated anywhere in the product for this company, nor that they were coming from China - it was a local US address. I am taking it up with the credit card company and hope that they can do something re: this fraudulent company.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I ordered the “3D” book lovers mug. What a joke. It isn’t 3D and honestly it is something I wouldn’t purchase at a garage sale for 5 cents.

Below is the email I wrote to dotmalls.com:

To the Customer Service Representative,

Your company website, misrepresented the product I received. The website stated that the picture materials were "driftwood" and "sea glass". There is NO driftwood in the picture, merely a drawn branch. The depth of the picture states it is "1-inch", when in fact, it is a flat piece of white posterboard (see photos below). Your website clearly shows a 3-dimensional piece of art with the glass birds fixed to an actual driftwood branch.

Additionally, the pictures on the website show a picture framed and much larger than the picture I received. This constitutes FRAUD and I expect an immediate, complete refund. This SCAM item is not even worth the postage it would take to return the piece of posterboard! (See information and pictures from your website).

very poor. Item I ordered was not what was described. Love notes item.
The birds made out of sea glass were just stones glued to a piece of paper with beaks painted on the paper. Stones fell off the paper.

I was offered an $8 refund. When I refused they offered 15 and keep the item. $45 for 10pieced of little glass.

I purchased a pet toy from dotmalls.com, and I am extremely disappointed with their service. I reached out to their customer service via email within a mere 5 minutes of making the purchase, requesting to cancel the order. However, they only responded a whole day later, informing me that the order had already been shipped and could not be canceled.
This is definitely a scam site, please don't buy anything from them!! I strongly advise anyone considering shopping on dotmalls.com to think twice. Their service quality and customer care are evidently in need of improvement.Also, I'm pretty sure it's a Chinese company and if you want to return it, you have to pay a high shipping fee! ! Stay away ! !

I ordered a remote control car three weeks ago still have not received it. I have emailed Dr. Moss 10 times maybe more to see where my car is and no one has gotten back with me so I don’t know if I got scammed I don’t know if this is a good site, but as of right now, I do not like it but I really really really like the car. I was going to get for my seven year old grandson for Christmas and Christmas is in three days and I still have not received it or received an email explaining what was going on so that’s horrible business to me by any chance, does anybody have a phone number for Dotmalls call somebody?

ordered three mugs two weeks ago. Have screenshots of correspondence. no order # on anything, that should have been a warning. I will have to go to my bank and make a fraud claim.
