Thank you for providing an excellent service.
I emailed explaining the kind of handles & rim locks that I was looking for but needed to make sure that they were suitable for both left and right door handing.
I quickly received an email back with suitable options & felt very informed & confident in what I was ordering. The package arrived a few days later & I was very happy with the quality of the product. Thank you.

Door knobs smaller than advertised!
My partner bought some door knobs - SB2107PB - Spira Brass Cottage Mortice/Rim Door Knob 50mm - order 258225 - only to discover they are not 50mm, but 45mm (sent pictures to prove). Upon contacting the seller, was advised that the supplier admitted they are actually 48mm - another lie as they are actually 45mm. Asked for some sort of discount, as they are not worth £32.54 each (bought 7 of them). Customer service is appalling, messages are not pass through, you call, you speak with someone else, nobody knows anything. Asked to speak wit the manager, got no success. i was told she is going to call back or at least email, that didn't happen! I don't know how a company can get away with this kind of behaviour. Basically, they take your money and just ignore you if there is an issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and will never use them again!

Odpowiedź od Door Handle Company
Hi Corina,
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sincerely sorry for the frustration you experienced.
We fully acknowledge that there was an error in the product description regarding the size of the door knobs, and we understand how disappointing this must have been. Once this was brought to our attention, we contacted the supplier for clarification and have now issued a further refund to reflect the inaccurate sizing information.
I would also like to personally apologise that I did not return your call until this morning. This time of year is extremely busy for us, but we do make every effort to respond to all customers as quickly as possible, and I’m sorry we fell short on this occasion.
Regarding your comment about not recommending us, we take this very seriously, as customer confidence is extremely important to our business. While we clearly did not meet your expectations here, we do pride ourselves on our service, and our many positive reviews reflect the experience we aim to provide. We hope the resolution offered demonstrates our commitment to putting things right.
We are reviewing our internal processes and product checks to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you for raising this with us, and we hope this goes some way towards restoring your trust.
Best regards,
Shelley Finch

Odpowiedź od Door Handle Company
Hi Edward,
Sorry to hear of your frustration. For this particular cabinet knob, screws are sold separately. This is explained in the product descrption and the correct screw is related to the product.
Can you let me know if you still require the screw via email - shelley@doorhandlecompany.co.uk and we will send one out as a gesture of goodwill.
Kind regards,

the handles are fantastic
the handles are fantastic, just what i was looking for, however i ordered ones with a latch so the door could be locked, not what i received!.
unable to wait for a replacement i had to use, and i now have to look for a latch that will go with the design of the room.
