Great choice of handles at best prices. I have ordered over 40 handles for my kitchen and other cupboards in my home. Always speedy delivery and well packaged. Had one problem with one slightly damaged handle. Contacted More Handles and Donna asked me to send photo evidence. I did this and received a perfect replacement, through the post, in less than 48 hours! Was amazed. Excellent customer service. Wish all companies were this efficient! Thank you.

In 2024, my wife and I embarked on a complete house renovation. As part of the project, we needed to source several antique brass beehive door handles.

After spending time searching online and following a recommendation from a friend, we got in touch with the team at More Handles.

I spoke with Ken and Donna during the ordering process, and both were fantastic. The items were ordered and dispatched quickly, and the quality was excellent.

got a pair of handles for my bathroom door and when the fixings were too short the customer service team were exceptional and helped me find an alternative adjustable bolt on amazon. Really responsive great service given i only spent a few quid.

I have shopped at More Handles before, Great company to deal with, they have a fantastic selection of products with excellent packaging and speedy delivery.

Like other customers looks like they have gone bust and left us stranded with no goods. They processed my order and when I chased up delivery they said not yet in stock. Nothing heard then got auto buisness is closed response when I enquire via e mail.
Disgraceful still taking orders when they knew buisness was going off the rails.

As other customers recently, placed order just before they ceased trading. Just got money back through bank. Even if you paid debit card, dispute transaction on goods or services not provided basis. Do it before they go into administration then you have no chance.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY HAVE CEASED TRADING.

Part of order received back in April with request for delayed part to be refunded. Refund never received!

Placed order on 4th May on 2-3 day lead time. After chasing got response it was delayed a week. 3 weeks later no deliveries and now business has ceased trading BUT website still live and taking orders. Refund claimed via my bank

DO NOT ORDER. I paid for my order but haven't received any updates, after emailing I received an automated email 'More Handles is closed until further notice.'

Ordered on the 6th of May 2024 all went through, had no idea company has closed, any attempts to contact for refund is unsuccessful. I purchased it through my bank which is not the easiest to claim back. Any idea how to claim back my money? Very odd.....

DO NOT ORDER. Their website is still live accepting orders but they are not operating. They no longer fulfil orders and when you email to chase you get an auto response saying they are ‘closed until further notice’. I ordered on 28th April, then called them on 13th May as I hadn’t received my order and they said they’d process a refund but have not done this and when I tried to chase again today they have put an auto response on calls and emails so there is no way to get a refund. Appauling!

They went under, don't order!! I have placed an order last week of £388 and when I asked about the dispatch, I got an email saying "we're sorry we're closed until further notice". They should take the shop online down, this is a extremely dishonest

I placed two order with them which they fulfilled. The first order I returned in full with their agreement. I then went to return part of my second order but they've closed down. I've just checked and I didn't receive the money from my first return. Their website is still live and I do hope they're not taking orders.

I’ve just spent £235 on hardware that hasn’t arrived, tried to contact them and got a voice not saying they are closed until further notice. Their website is still live and accepting money. I’m going to have to try and recover the cost through the bank now but have a feeling I’ll get nowhere
