I have been looking at making this purchase for a while, but everywhere else has just bumped up their prices, apart from Dolphin music.
The order process was easy, the item was delivered the next day, the only issue I had was the fact that there was no packaging whatsoever to protect the box. They had just put a label on it, so the box now has scratches on it and adhesive from the label.
This is a minor point and I will definitely be using them again!

The courier ended up with the wrong address in the system (my neighbour's) which led to some frustratingly close non-deliveries. Was sorted in the end easily enough. Otherwise all good.

The item I purchased was described on the internet as 'limited stock' with next day delivery, it should have read; 'Out of stock awaiting shipment', other places did have it in stock, so if I had known I would have shopped around, .....I eventually got my item 3 weeks later............not the end of the World, just a little miffed...................on the plus side I now own a very groovy and far out Electro Harmonix Mel 9 pedal, so I eventually ended up in Mellotron Heaven !!!!!!..............& the sounds are so unbelievably good that I forgive you Dolphin !!!!
