J ai trouvé facilement mon produit j’avais un doute sur un accessoire j ai appelé le numéro et j ai eue une personne qui a su me répondre directement .
Ensuite l’envoi a été rapide j ai reçu mes produit en 4 jours à domicile

j'ai deja donne un avis sur dogtra…

j'ai deja donne un avis sur dogtra appareil permettant de suivre vraiment un chien mais depuis l'appareil (10 mois aprèe) s'est mis a disfonctionné. Mail envoyé le premier aout pas de réponse .... je signalais que cet appareil était rempli de choses et rubriques inutiles . IL ne devrait avoir que deux fonctions : un espace gardé et un mode suivi . Ceci existe en théorie et est encombré d'offres de réglage strictement inutile . La mise en oeuvre est , a cause de tous ces éléments superflus et pour bobo, difficile lente non fonctionnelle.
Mais ne pas répondre a un mail du 1 aout est purement scandaleux . Je déconseille ce matériel couteux

Not up to expectations

1. Disappointed that the collar only works while the app is running on my phone.
2. The boundaries seem to drift.
3. The apps map is very inaccurate so during the boundary mapping a great deal of experimentation must be done to get the boundary close to where you want it.
Bottom line... I haven't had enough faith in the system to actually use it on my dog yet.

Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback — and I'm sorry the setup experience left you without enough confidence to use the Dogtra GPS Fence on your dog yet. Let me address each point:

App dependency: This one is actually a common misunderstanding, so it's worth clarifying — once your boundaries are configured, the collar runs independently of the app. You only need your phone nearby (within ~10m Bluetooth range) to see alerts on screen; the fence itself keeps working even if the app is closed or your phone is out of range. If you're seeing the collar stop enforcing boundaries when the app isn't open, that suggests something in the setup needs a second look, and we'd like to fix that for you rather than have you assume that's how it's meant to work.
Boundary drift: GPS-based virtual fences do have some natural signal variance, which is exactly why the GPS Fence includes a main boundary plus two backup boundaries — to build in a margin for that drift. Drift is usually more noticeable on smaller properties or near obstructions (trees, buildings), so if you can share your property size and layout, we can help you set boundaries that account for it properly.
Map accuracy during setup: You're right that the in-app map can require some trial and error to line up with your actual property boundaries — this is a known characteristic of GPS-based fencing (vs. buried wire), and we'd rather walk you through it than leave you to figure it out alone.

Très très déçue …

Très très déçue … l’antenne indiquée pour mon modèle n’est en fait pas la même que celle eu d’origine . Bien trop petite . Et quand j’ai lu la description de la grande elle n’était pas recommandé avec mon modèle . Très déçue .

I have a lakeland terrier patterdale…

I have a lakeland terrier patterdale terrier cross who was refusing to come bk if he took after something like ducks or just sometimes would not come bk wen I called him he wud eventually. Since I started using the dogtra é collar it's been a game changer I only have to use it on certain occasions when I need his full attention. I'm a couple weeks in and so far I'm more than happy. I just use the boost function.. Also it's completely waterproof because my dog has been swimming with it on too. If you hav a dog that needs some encouragement for a recall then I would try this.
