Had breakfast on mother's day

Was very disappointed on visiting.
The Restaurant was organised chaos. No-one seemed to know what was happening & no sense of customer service. Our meal was pretty cool by the time we had waited for drinks & then another queue to pay.
Stock of goods in the shop seemed sorely depleted. Especially in the pet area.
Would honestly have no reason to return.
Thank goodness I did not take up the offer of a store card when offered.

I visited Stirling on the 13th. The person that helped me secure my purchases in my car was very helpful. I offered him some money but he refused to take it.

had what i was looking for and easy to find.

Clean open spacious shop, with an excellent kids soft play area for 2 yr old grandson. However, the star of the show was Karen in the restaurant. What a knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful individual. A star.

Went to the restaurant long queue slow service due to lack of staff the salad on the plate was dead we had to queue for food then for tea then to pay it took ages the tables weren’t clean food spilled on the dirty floor standards have very rapidly deteriorated toilets also in poor hygiene and condition

The restaurant is badly laid out lack of staff. By the time you get to to paying your meal it’s always cold due to waiting. Salad bar I would never touch as it is always viewed with numerous people bending over its contents breathing over the food. Staff are lovely but not enough of them. With the amount of tables it’s obvious you get plenty footfall in and out daily pity more of the tables were not covered in dirty dishes. Had my husband not heard the fact that pensioners get a free cake midweek from another customer we would have missed out. All in all we never enjoy a meal in dobbies!!

All products in store well laid out. Restaurant very good and Dobbie’s Plus members well looked after

As usual everything was fine from entering to leaving.

A tasteless, soggy toasty with old and brown salad leaves with chunky onion. The coleslaw was ok but also too many large chunks of onion. Lukewarm bitter tea that I couldn’t drink.
Very disappointing

Popped in for coffees and cakes and was really nice
No queues for food or drinks and good value for money

We visited Stirling store just for a trip out somewhere. Enjoyed my husband’s birthday treat! Bought potatoes and half price seeds. Store was in the process of organising after Christmas but wasn’t a problem as we hadn’t gone for anything specific on this occasion.

went to the stirling branch this morning for coffee and cake which were both lovely. we spoke to karen on the till and she was lively and helpful. Karen looked after us last week when we in for a festive afternoon tea, and nothing was too much trouble.

Just went to browse and came back with a few things as gifts .

Always a pleasure to visit the garden centre so many products on display and there restaurant is also a must.

Visited the restaurant 3pm 29th December. Appalled at all the tables in the dog friendly area were not cleared or clean, extremely unhygienic area. No staff were around to clear them so we had to do stack the dirty pots onto another table, which looked like other customers also had done this.
We appreciate it was quite late afternoon but there was no food available except a few cakes to choose from.
No plates available to serve the cakes, on bringing this to the attention of a member of staff her reply was ‘this is not my problem’ and walked off.
Absolutely no service, appalling customer care and on the whole an experience that you wouldn’t wish to repeat. Therefore we will not be returning.

Went to Dobbies for lunch
It took so long to get my food which was lasagna, it was stone cold.
Will never go back.
Even the tea sad stewed.

lovely store. We had breakfast and it was delicious then had a lovely wander around the store

Very little gluten free, jacket potatoes were not nice, felt like they had been around from day before, wont be back, in this day and age gluten free should not be a problem.
