Great company received my APR pex open induction kit for my S3 and arrived in super quick time and what a great bit of kit! Highly recommend this company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered an item in November 2021, from the website it was in stock, I received it on February first. The item delivered was not what I ordered I asked for a return and refund. After an endless series of emails I was told that they acknowledged the mistake and would refund me but the shipping costs were my responsibility.
After pointing out that the mistake was theirs I inquired about the return costs and told them, accepted the payment.
Well to date I have only received a refund for the item and I have not received the shipping costs from them to me, nor have I received the costs they authorised from me to them. Total ordered 270 euro, shipping cost 30 euro, return cost 46 euro refunded 270.
What happened denotes little seriousness, no care for the customer and also poor organisation in the management of the catalogue and articles in stock, for articles in stock they guaranteed shipment in days and delivery in less than a month, the receipt was almost 3 months later with the wrong article and a nightmare to manage the return which they did partially despite the email in which they said they would take charge of the return costs given that the error is theirs. avoid to loose your money keep away
I will never buy anything from this seller again.

Second time ive ordered from Diversion,The first time was through there Ebay store for a custon carbon dsg knob that was 5* and then few days ago i purchased a Custom Carbon steering wheel through there website, even had a few question to ask what i did through there facebook page and every question was answered quickly and professionally , then i placed the ordered and my wheel was shipped out first thing and received it 2 days later arrived very well packed and i have to say the quality of the wheel is 10/10 will definitely be back to order more stuff in the future.

I recently made my 3rd purchase at Diversion Automotive for some replacement wing mirror indicator repeaters as mine had reached the end of their life. The company communicated very well with me, throughout the whole process of shipment. The items arrived and are in good working order.

The Steering wheel for my wife's VXR has arrived, it took a little longer to get but they supplied it with the buttons and the covers, the covers were a bit more difficult to get and thus the time frame.
But it looks fantastic with the alcantara Airbag as well.

Ordered a spoiler for my sons birthday present and he loves it. Can’t thank the guys at diversion more for helping me figure out which one he needed.

I have ordered a few things from Diversion Automotive in the past couple of months and I am extremely happy with what I have received. The products have been amazing quality with fast shipping. The customer service from staff has been great with quick and polite response to emails I have sent. I will definitely be ordering more from Diversion soon.

Terrible company and even worse customer service. Bought a set of £800 headlights which are now not working when they are just 2 months old. Try to get in contact with diversion and they arent interested in replying to any messages or emails let alone honouring the warranty the headlights came with.
Only response ive had is them threatening legal action for leaving a bad review about the matter on a facebook group! SHOCKING!

Bought my partner some mirror covers for his car and was very impressed by the service I received when ordering from this store. I know very little about cars but the website made it incredibly easy to find the correct products for the right brand. Would recommend and buy from again :)

Terrible customer service, lack of care for their customers and unwillingness to accept fault. Ordered a custom steering wheel cover and was told they’d be able to match the (bronze/copper) colour i desired and sent, only to receive the wrong coloured (red) item first without the coloured strip. After chasing this up, I was told a correct replacement would be sent. After having to wait over a month, and constantly email for tracking updates, my order arrived & again it was the wrong colour. Sending me an orange steering wheel cover & then simply telling me they try to match as near as possible & to look at returning the item if I’m unhappy. Why even state you can match the colour if you clearly cannot?! Why waste my time and money?
I’m not happy to be paying to return the wrong item.

After sending two e mails regarding products we have had no feedback whatsoever.This is the only way to contact as no telephone.The goods appear to be faulty.These were a Christmas present and were expensive.Hugely disappointed and will certainly not use this company again.

Any ideas on how long postage will take to south UK? Ordered a spoiler 8 days ago and still no updates maybe just because of bank holiday etc!
