I had ordered my item as they were the only company in the UK that seemed to have it in stock, which was great as I had been waiting for over 5 weeks with another company only to be told they won’t know if and when they would receive it.
Diversion kept me informed via emails with any questions I had regarding my order as they informed me that my item was processed and shipped. A great company to deal will definitely look on their website next time I’m needing some items for my vehicle. Keep up the great work ethic

Ordered some badges on 24th April and was told delivery would take 2–3 weeks. Nearly five weeks later, I was informed they were still waiting for the badges themselves, and after that they would still need to deliver them to me. At that point, I requested a refund rather than continue being messed around, only to receive a partial refund.

Very disappointing service, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend this company. Save yourself the time, hassle, and money and shop elsewhere.

Honestly a terrible company to buy from, I paid £25 for postage for it to come faster and it came after a whole week, I no longer needed my product and asked to return it, when they refunded me they only refunded me for the product and not my express shipping of £25 and then when I returned it they didn’t want to cover the cost for that either. Honestly very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

5 stars never had a single issue with parts fitting or speaking to a member of staff high quality products for a good price. 100% recomend

I'd just like to write a quick review for the service I received from Diversionstores and their representative Mia. Mia was knowledgeable, professional and courteous on the phone. She helped me in choosing the right spoiler cap I wanted for my Golf R 7.5. Ordering was easy, I was kept in loop with the delivery and the part turned up in days and not weeks which was even better. Definitely a 5 star service and will be using again. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

The products were amazing and fit my car brilliantly. Nice subtle touches to make the car a bit more personal. What I would say in terms of my experience was some items I purchased were on back order, but I wasn't told until I emailed. I'd maybe update customers if there's an unforseen delay but they were quite quick at getting back in touch to let me know once I reached out. Would order again.

I originally had a difficult experience with my order, mainly due to stock availability and delays that weren’t clear at the time. Diversion did communicate with me, but I misunderstood part of the process and that contributed to the frustration.

Since then, they’ve gone above and beyond to help put things right. They agreed to refund the unavailable item so I could source it elsewhere, and they’re now even accepting a return of the diffuser and splitter well outside the usual return window, which is exceptional customer service.

They didn’t have to do any of this, but they chose to help, and I genuinely appreciate it. Based on how they’ve handled things, I’m updating my review to 5 stars. Mistakes happen, and Diversion have shown they’re willing to support their customers.

Bought a CarPlay for Christmas for my son’s fiesta. It took a few weeks to receive it but the company was brilliant at responding to my emails and it was delivered just in time for Christmas. Works perfectly and was easy to install. My son loves it.
