Made an order on Monday and have received absolutely nothing, no idea when it’s arriving or even if it’s still existent. I feel like an update every few days would be reassuring as I need the parts and don’t know anything about if they’re coming or not.

UPDATE
Order gets randomly cancelled (notified by shop app) get no email or any communication to say why it was cancelled. Said I received a refund which I haven’t…

I got a reply a week after sending an email with the cancellation policy and I said that no I didn’t want to cancel anymore then received nothing after sending several emails after that. You guys have had 2 weeks to respond but I got nothing whatsoever, your loss.

Had a issue in one part of my order missing I got in touch and the guys rectified the issues by sending out the replacement missing parts and a grey lanyard and air freshener they guys over there are banging really responsive and helpful 🙌🏼

Brilliant I emailed at 2pm in desperation of needed some badges for a sold car leaving us tomorrow and they turned it around for me with next day pre 10.30 am

Great bunch of staff always quick to help with any problems for my carbon bonnet and mirror caps off them. And it’s absolutely flawless would 100% recommend this bunch of great people

Great Parts, Great Service, Average Postage.
Placed a few orders through Diversion over the last year and will continue to use them and recommend them where possible.

All parts received have been great quality.

Had one return- ordered 2 different Carbon Fibre parts but the patterns didn't match and they were happy to allow the return and refund.
Email comms are great from the team, Queried about a new steering wheel and received a speedy reply regarding the process and options available.

Only let down is as other reviews mention the postage times of items, I have made 2 orders within a week period, one with the highest postage price and one with the lowest (2nd) and the lowest postage item arrived first. It wasn't an issue for me as there was no rush on the parts to arrive. longest I waited was 2 weeks for an item so be prepared for the same (unless stated on web for special order items).

Ordered some products just before Christmas and it arrived very quick. The products are high-end quality and are exactly as described on the website. Will 100% order from here again and will advise friends and family to do the same.

The passat style lights are very good at night and have a cool start up feature 100% recommend to buy the money is worth it

Ordered something for "1-2 days delivery" (express delivery) and paid £13.99.
No order updates, the email they provide doesn't even work and its ridiculous.
Wouldn't shop here again and will be telling others the same.

They have handled the resolution of this issue very professionally and have changed a negative experience into a returning customer.
Massive props to the resolution team.
The only thing i can suggest is better communication during peak trade times if there are delays. A customer who knows what is going on with their order and kept up to date is less likely to vent frustrations - customer service is all about communication.

After numerous communication with the Diversion team I finally purchased lowering links and steering wheel for my RS6 (C7). Diversion offer fantastic customer service, always reply to emails and the quality of their products are 2nd to none with great attention to detail. If your vehicle requires customisation you should seek Diversions expertise first, I guarantee they won’t disappoint!!

Faultless, Any car needs they have you covered.

the bonnet struts for my corsa d arrived on time -with all all fittings but alas no instructions -- the product and delivery - spot on - i am no mechanic and getting on in years i have asked them to send me the instructions and am waiting fingers crossed

Company is a waste of time!!

Ordered many weeks ago an item that showed in stock.
Item never arrived so left it a bit longer. Now over a month and nothing

Thankfully I was able to be refunded by my bank

Don’t waste your time. They are hopeless most likely amateurs trying to drop ship items but are incapable of even succeeding with that.

I’d give zero stars if it would let me.

Ordered a key ring for my son for his birthday on 25th September (he sent me a link for Diversion) 4 days after placing this I ordered something from China, the order from China arrived on 7th October and this order has still not even been dispatched.

I have many gifts for birthdays and Christmas to order for people in the next few weeks with a keen interest in their cars but I would urge you to look elsewhere for items I will be and won’t ever be using this company again!

Incidentally ordered something else from China on 5th October that’s 10 days after the order from Diversion that is being delivered by this weekend from good old China so I’m assuming you get your stock from the Moon??

Disappointing service. Advertised the part as available for delivery within 5 days but it arrived 5 weeks later. When I requested a refund, they refused to give it.

When the part eventually arrived, I realized I ordered the wrong part (my fault), they refused to offer a solution to get me the right part. Destroying their reputation for £100 is a pretty poor move I must say.

Excellent choice of parts and easy website to use. Had brilliant communication with the team when making enquiries and will definitely be back for more

Ordered an item that was going to be delayed, the team at diversion were great. I needed to cancel the order as it would arrive late, they did that the next day and refunded my payment, great service, thank you.

On opening the package I could see the quality & finish
of the GTI side blades they are metal (not plastic that you might expect for the price ) they come with pre cut fixing tape, and now fitted to the Golf they look even better. communication via Email was good, I have no hesitation in recommending this product & Diversion .Happy customer.
