thank you for your order and feedback, i am sorry to hear that the order has not yet been delivered.
Your order was shipped out on Tuesday 28th April and we would have expected a delivery attempt by Thursday/Friday at the very latest.
It does not look as though there have been any scans in the network since Thursday. I can see that you ahve been in touch with our customer service team and we have asked the carrier to return the goods back to us and a refund has been initiated.
We apologise for any inconvenience this delivery delay may have caused you.

Outstanding service year after year
I’ve been using this company personally for many years now and I can honestly say I have never once been disappointed. Their pricing is fair, the quality is consistently excellent, and delivery has always been reliable.
They have been so good that I’ve now taken things a step further and started working with them as part of a project within my own workplace, bringing their outstanding service into what I do. Once again, they have exceeded expectations and not once have they let me down in any way.

Great experience
Great experience! My initial order got damaged by the delivery courier and was unable to be delivered. I gave them a call and spoke with Joe (top lad!). He got everything sorted for me, get me a replacement order on its way! What a legend! Will for sure be buying from you guys again!

thank you for your order and review. Your subscription order that was auto-generated on Saturday 18th April contained an item we were out of stock of therefore we sent you over an email on Monday 20th April, when we were back at work, informing you that the item was out of stock and would you like to take an alternative product?
We did not receive a reply from you and there was no telephone number on the order to each you on. I can see that you have now replied to the email and we will happily send out the order today, 27th April for a deliveyr attempt tomorrow on the 28th April.
