Purchased Efectiv pump and Efectiv protein, not sure if it was the batch I received this time but seal on protein was loose but protein seemed ok, Efectiv Pump however was damp, clumpy and not very nice to drink, notified discount supplements and was advised to use a fork which I did and made no difference, will think twice about purchasing Efectiv supplements in future

Hi,
thank you for your order and review. Believe it or not this is actually pretty standard for a highly dosed pump product. When you combine a big dose of Citrulline with Glycerol (Efectiv use HydroPrime which is a more expensive form but does actually clump LESS), they create a chalky clumpy texture, even when no moisture has entered the tub. It's a nightmare for manufacturing and we do get complaints now and then but it's worth it for the effects of the product.
If you're happy to, please remove the silica sachet and mix back up with a fork. The powder will mix fine once added to water.
I know the product appears to have something wrong with it but it will be fine. Any problems please contact support@discount-supplements.co.uk

Good range of supplemental products
This company has a good range of supplement products. The previous that I have used was good and I have made reorders. It is very good that they notify their customers when they have special promotions on products, which I have bought. The only small downside is, I have problems on their site, when I respond to the offers (buy) I can't add on other items that I would like to add to the same order.

The box was left outside your door, which to be honest, does not look like a very safe place at all. I apologise for the delivery driver's actions on this ocassion.
It looks as though you have been in touch with customer service and a replacement order is on the van for delivery today with DPD . A delivery attempt should be made between the hours of 15:00- 16:00.

We sent the order out on Wednesday 29th April and would have expected a delivery attempt by Friday 1st May but it seems like we have both been let down by the carrier.

I can assure you the product will not have been open before we shipped the item and if it was damaged in anyway our team will have realised and not sent the product. We are an employee-owned company and so it will make no sense for our staff to send out an item knowingly damaged/faulty.
