Arrived via international shipping but packaging could be better
Arrived via international shipping. But the box did come pretty destroyed. Thankfully nothing was destroyed product wise. Very happy with the fast shipping and to be able to get stuff from the UK to the USA.

Hi Steph,
thank you for your order and feedback.
I can see that you placed the order on Thursday at 5:45pm using a 2-4 working day service. We promptly sent out the order the next day Friday 22nd and so would expect a delivery attempt Tuesday/Wednesday the following week.
It looks as though a delivery was successfully completed on Wednesday 27th therfore within the 2-4 working days stipulated at the checkout.

Using Evri for delivery..
Using Evri for delivery... used to be very quick but took a few days for delivery. Evri then didn't even attempt to deliver to my property, instead they delivered to a neighbour (different one to the one I listed as a backup) where they had another delivery to a cut corner and save them time. Shame as used Discount Supplements for years and they are otherwise good but their choice of delivery agent now letting them down.

thank you for your order and feedback. I can see that you placed the order on Monday 18th and the order should have been shipped out by Tuesday but we were a little slow in getting the order out to you and so the order was delivered on the Friday, which was a day outside the advertised time frame and for this we are very sorry.
In terms of the Evri drivers behaviour I apologise if the package was not delivered accurately, we have used Evri since September and overall there performance has been satisfactory however every now and then you do get individuals that seem to not follow protocol.
We apologise for any inconvenience this purchase may have caused you.

Good, but!
I would have given 5 stars as I had been very happy with the service and the price paid, as I'd received an email with a special offer. However just after receiving my order I got another email advertising a further price reduction, so I've spent £7 more per bag than I could have done. It's really annoying when companies do this.

The order was placed on Saturday the 9th May using a 2-4 working day service. The package was shipped out on Monday 11th and a delivery was completed on Wednesday 13th May at 17:29 according to the Royal Mail tracking ID.
There is an image take of a person holding the item along with GPS that matches to the shipping address details provided.
