Ordered on 2nd June
Ordered on 2nd June, now the 11th June and I’ve had nothing delivered and no notification of delivery company used, but I’m guessing it’s Evri by the other reviews and we know how they are. Tried calling 13 times across 2 days and nobody answers. Wouldn like someone from the company to contact me and sort a refund

thank you very much for your feedback and order, we are very disappointed to hear that you have not received your order, we would expect all orders to be completed within 4 working days at the very latest.
We have raised a case with Evri and this can sometimes help move the order along so if you ahve not received any delivery by Monday next week please contact us.
In regard to the phone not being answered, we were having some IT upgrades and it was causing the hardware to cut in and out and the entire system was offline at times which will have caused the problem. A job that was suppose to take 10mins but you know what IT can be like.

Great cost
Great cost, speedy delivery, but the flavour wasn't to my liking. I'm finding alternative ways to mix it with other flavour of pre workout so that I've not wasted my money. I'd definitely buy from the company again just not that flavour of pre workout.

Hi Ronnie,
thank you for your review and order. The purchase was made on Wednesday 20th May at 1:25am and placed on a next working day service.
We promptly sent out the order the same day with DPD and a delivery attempt was made at the shipping address provided on Thursday 21st May at 10:29am.
There was no answer and so DPD sent the order to a pick up shop for you to collect at a convenient time.
The package was left at the pick up shop for over a week with no collection and therefore the order is now on its way back to us.
It looks as though a refund has been issued as the matter has now been resolved through your communication with our customer support team.
