3day delivery not 6 days disappointed

The price was average and I payed for postage 3 business days and it will be 6days tomorrow I had to go out and buy protein today extra money I dident really have to spend

Hi Neil,
thank you for your order and feedback, we are gutted to hear that the order has taken longer than expected.

It does now look as though the order was delivered on Monday 22nd June, the latest this order should have arrived with you would have been on the 18th June therefore Royal Mail have been rather sluggish on this occasion. They have had your item in the network for since Tuesday 16th.

We have noticed a fair few delays from the collection on that day but we have not been informed by Royal Mail to expect any delays otherwise we would have passed on the warning to our customers.

Apologies for any inconvenience this order may have caused you, Royal Mail are usually very reliable.

Worst protein ever

was disappointed with the vanilla protein drink. The flavour tasted very artificial and had a strong sweetener aftertaste that lingered long after drinking it. The texture was quite chalky, making it unpleasant to finish, even when chilled. It didn’t mix as smoothly as expected and wasn’t enjoyable overall. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t purchase this protein again. just to see if it was my own personal taste I shared it with my Gym members and they also said it was undrinkable . I would get a refund as I was offered, but if the taste of the shake is going to be anything like the representation of the company, I’m not interested. I’d rather take the loss. Do not recommend this product.

thank you very much for the review and order. We are disappointed to hear that you were not left satisfied by your recent purchase. The product you ordered is our biggest selling item on our website and has the highest repeat purchase rate of any product and so whilst the taste might not be for everyone the majority of our customers come back for more.

The formula did recently change an so we have had customers who had got familiar with the old formula that perhaps did not take to the new item as well as the old therefore we have had one or two bits of negative feedback but overall the change has been a roaring success, and it means we can maintain a great price point for our customers.

We did offer you a solution with a returns label but alas you were unwilling to send the product back for further testing.

We greatly appreciate the time taken to submit your thoughts on the product, any feedback is massively useful for our team.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Project Pump Effective. When I opened a brand new tub, the powder was completely hard as a rock and clumped together. It's basically unusable."

thank you for your order and review, This is pretty normal with a highly dosed pump product, due to the Citrulline and HydroPrime Glycerol clumping together due to their chalky texture.

Could you break the powder back up with a fork? (please remove the gel sachet first!). Once mixed back up it will mix fine in water.
