Item with broken seal

No issues with ordering and delivery. On unpacking item, items sealed was open. Made a complaint with a returns label or measly 20% off discount to cover the loss of the item.

Poor customer service.

Hi Colin,
thank you for your order and feedback. It is company policy to offer either a discount or ask for a return when seals are broken and the 20% discount more than covers the slight powder loss that you experienced.

We understand that the seal should be intact but during transit it can come loose as the adhesive may dry out and result in the seal moving away from the rim of the tub. This can also happen when the lid is unscrewed and is not therefore a result of the item being "tampered" with.

We appreciate that the powder may have been compromised however, in the majority of cases, if the lid has been screwed on tightly and the gap in the seal is minimal, it won't affect the performance or condition of the powder, that is why we provide the option to the customer for a discount or replacement.

If replacement is selected as it was in this instance we do require the item to be sent back to us before we send a replacement.

We will be in touch as soon as we receive the tub you kindly sent back to us.

Good, Reliable, Affordable

Discount Supplements are great, I've used them for a while now and never had any issues, they have a great range of products for gym/health needs at very reasonable prices!
All orders I've made are always packed well and delivery is usually within a couple of days of ordering. I have recommended this company to a few people and will continue to, should anyone ask!
