From start to finish Direct’s stoves…
From start to finish Direct’s stoves were a pleasure to deal with. Delivery to Northern Ireland was no problem and it was delivered within the week and on my preferred day. They phoned me at least 3 times throughout the process to keep me in the loop. Really impressed how good the customer service was. They also responded to queries before my order too.
I would recommend them and the bus checker bbq is now built, was heavy to lift but we knew that would be the case as it states the weight. Can’t wait to use it now

We can see that the stove you purchased was in stock with our supplier at the time of ordering, but that this will have required transportation to our warehouse to then arrange delivery to your address.
As per your conversation with our sales team, we will have made every effort to get the order to you by your requested delivery date. Unfortunately, especially when it comes to supplier deliveries, delays can happen on occasion often due to factors beyond our control.

Large bbq
Ordering was easy, waited a week then was given a delivery date the item kept being delayed then didn't arrive which was annoying as I'd taken a day off work. Received a call from delivery service in the evening to redeliver the item the next day, no updates from driver, item arrived quite a few hours late but it beautiful absolutely beautiful , not enough mortar but easily fixed will order one for my son
