Excellent from start to end.
Really easy to order and with finance option, my Internet crashed when order was going through so I contacted the cheadle store to ensure ordered had been received. I spoke to a lady there who was super helpful, with it being a Saturday she couldn't check warehouse stock that day, but did on her first day back in work (tuesday) she called at 9.10 and arranged delivery for that day, Earlier than originally advised.
When delivery man turned up he was polite and helpful leaving the pallet exactly where I asked.

Very helpful and competitive on price.
We were pleased to find a replacement like for like fire for our old Valor Homeflame Harmony with this company.
However once I’d paid and ordered it we were told they could source one, despite advertising it as it was out of production.
They did try for us and offered a lot of help with other models but we really wanted the same fire as we knew it would fit etc.
I wouldn’t have felt confident picking another model without seeing it first and having someone come out and check it would fit.
I would definitely use this company again as they were very competitive and helpful and refunded our money.

When we entered the showroom we were greeted by Dylan. He was extremely helpful. The fireplace was delivered and fitted on the date promised. The good service didn't end with Dylan. Tom and his son fitted the fireplace and were extremely pleasant and professional.
They left the living room clean and tidy. All in all a very pleasing experience. Would highly recommend.

New Gas Fire - excellent service and fitting
Helpful advice when chosing our new gas fire - Prompt delivery and service. The recommended fitter Lee and his apprentice were very polite and courteous. The fire was fitted with no issues and Lee made sure the fireplace was looking its best, and no mess on our new carpet - Very pleased with the result
