Direct4x4 Recenzje

I visited 4x4 direct at their showroom and chose the side steps I wanted abele assisted by a very pleasant young man then he asked if I wanted them fitting and after he told me how much it was he gave me a appointment which was only a couple of weeks away so when the time came it took about an hour and a half to fit I sat in a lovely waiting area with a coffee machine, and when the job was finished I was then asked if I was satisfied with the fitting and I was very happy and I haven’t had any problems. All in all a great service.

Cannot fault this company at all. Excellent company and excellent people working there too. Ordered my side steps from direct4x4 and they arrived in very quick time. Well packaged and quality item. After going round to all my local garages with no luck in fitting them i contacted direct4x4 and they offered to help with no hassle. Big shout out to Heather 👍 lovely lady. Very polite and kind. Excellent customer service. Made me feel very valued and welcome. Thank you Heather for all your help and thank you to the installers who fitted my side steps 👍 very well done, thank you. I highly recommend this company, you wont be disappointed 😁

Raptor side steps fitted to my 2023 Velar to assist my wife’s entry and exit with great success. Not only are they practical but also stylish. If your Velar is 2023+ ensure you speak to the team to ensure you receive the correct brackets as RR did make slight changes to the chassis. Excellent customer services and friendly team. Highly recommend.

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, as I understand that mistakes can happen. However, unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing.

I purchased a canopy for my Ford Ranger which was advertised as including an internal light. This was particularly important to me as I regularly work night shifts and needed the light to work from the back of my truck. After purchasing it, I was informed that the canopy didn’t actually come with an internal light and that this had been an error in the listing.

To their credit, they offered to send me a roof rack as an apology, which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, when the roof rack arrived, it was missing the brackets/fixtures required to actually fit it to my truck, meaning I’m now left with a canopy without the light I originally purchased it for, and a roof rack that I’m unable to use.

I’m very grateful for the effort they have made to try and resolve the situation, and I do appreciate the customer service I’ve received. However, the overall management of the situation has been extremely frustrating. Every attempt to resolve the original issue seems to have resulted in another problem.

I’m disappointed because I genuinely wanted to be happy with the purchase, but unfortunately I’m now left with neither of the things I actually needed. Great customer service in terms of communication, but unfortunately very poor management of the products and the situation.

Hi there haven't had the chance to get the side steps fitted yet but will be getting fitted in a bit and everything should be fine with the fitting kit i bought from you thanks George Cunningham

Great speedy service, product is as expected. Could do with improving product discription on website as it’s a bit vague
