Tuff-Trek Recenzje

just like to say a big thank you to Dara and his team, we had a camper conversion done on our Ineos Grenadier, we chose Tuff-Trek four three reasons, we had delt we them in the past
they had fitted Silenus conversion's to other Grenadiers
there location
the work was carried out more or less on time, to a high standard
we did have one or two issues, that were sorted out with no fuss or hesitation
all in all a great interaction and would highly recommend tuff-trek and Dara and his team!

Great product, excellent service - well done thanks.

Great customer service and prompt responses to my questions. Delivery was exceptional within 48 hours. Would definitely buy again.

Great communication, prompt responses, super efficient delivery 100% recommend.

Great service from Tuff Trek. Only thing that let them down was the delivery service used, but that wasn’t the fault of Tuff Trek so they can’t be marked down for it

Another purchase with Tuff Trek
Fast efficient process from purchase to arrival highly recommend this company

I ordered stratchits which arrived within a couple of days. Not cheap but do the job they’ve been designed for very well.

Contacted looking for additional mounting parts, to further secure our 2.2m soft shell (bought from here in 2020) to the roof of my wife's 2021 Proace Verso, as it was rattling on the middle bar on rough roads. Admin provided me with a link to purchase a complete mounting kit, which appears to have been updated over my original kit. Using this, and some of my old fixings has cured the problem we had. Many thanks.

Tuff Trek are my go to supplier for all 4x4 expedition products. Their own brand of roof top tents and awnings are exceptional quality and probably one of the best own brand products on the market. They're also equipped to supply and install amazing products from the Alu-Cab range and many other brands - Super friendly and helpful too.

This is our 2nd big purchase from Tuff trek, and after our first experience we knew who we wanted to fit the Icarus conversion to our Defender. The staff are so friendly and helpful, answering numerous questions in the lead up. Very excited for future adventures!

Great communication, great problem solving, Really nice team all round, very personal approach, Clearly love what they do. Highly recommend the company.

We've had our Tuff-Trek Pro Ruggedised 1.6m rooftop tent with the H2 awning for a while now, and it has been one of the best camping purchases we've ever made.

The quality is exceptional. Everything feels incredibly well engineered and built to last, from the heavy-duty canvas to the overall construction. The tent is comfortable, spacious and has performed flawlessly in all kinds of weather. The H2 awning with the full wall kit has completely transformed our camping trips, giving us a fantastic sheltered space to cook, eat and relax whatever the weather throws at us.

What really sets Tuff-Trek apart is the customer service. Dara's knowledge is second to none. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and recommended the perfect setup for our needs. His advice, experience and genuine passion for overlanding and camping are evident, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

It's refreshing to deal with a British company that not only builds outstanding products but also provides customer service that genuinely exceeds expectations.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tuff-Trek to anyone looking for a premium rooftop tent. Fantastic products, exceptional service and a company that clearly takes pride in what they do. Five stars all the way.

If you're looking for a premium rooftop tent backed by outstanding customer service, I can't recommend Tuff-Trek highly enough. A fantastic British company producing exceptional products.

Excellent communication,

Our 2nd purchase from Tuff Trek, changed from a roof top tent to a Modcap canopy camper, on both occasions the service we have received from Dara and his team have been excellent, cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for roof top tents and outdoor equipment.

Great product, fast delivery. Delivery price is very high so for that reason I give only 4 stars.
