Tuff-Trek Recenzje

Just had an Icarus pop-roof and Shadow Awning fitted to my 110 Defender by the team at Tuff-trek. They have an awesome set-up to deliver the fitting of your choice. Customer engagement is great and friendly, the attention to detail in the fitting itself is outstanding as well as ensuring you know how best everything works on pick-up too. Talking to everyone at TT, the expertise comes from years/decades of experience living in Africa on the trails and in true wilderness, they know what works in reality. I threw a few hiccups their way but their calm problem solving resolved everything. Definitely worth reaching out to Dara or Georgia to discuss your aspirations for your travel plans. You’d be mad to go elsewhere.

Dara and Georgia have been super helpful and advised and supported us through the roof tent/awning journey. We are delighted with our set-up and are looking forward to many more breaks now!

These guys are really helpful. I could have made big mistake buying a bigger roof tent for a Suzuki Jimny which would have been too heavy. They advised me to get the Alu-Cab LT-50 Lightweight Roof Tent and Front Runner roof bars. All is now installed and looks super on the Jimny. I recommend anyone thinking of getting a roof tent to go through Tuff-Trek.

Arrived at Tuff Trek on our big day to have a box tent fitted to the rear canopy, a swingarm awning, and a roof rack installed on the front roof. Dara and his team could not have been more helpful—professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about their work. Everything was fitted to the highest standard, and seeing the transformation honestly brought a tear to my eye.

A massive thank you from both myself and Sharon. You’ve helped set the stage for our once-in-a-lifetime adventure, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Great products and fast delivery. I've not had one of their products before but I ordered on Thursday night and an awning and side panels were delivered on Saturday morning.
The products are excellent quality, straightforward to fit and come with everything you need. The package I got was excellent value, especially with a free side panel.
I highly recommend Tuff-Trek for your roof tent and camping needs.

Absolutely great product with a great support team on hand , they are always there to help with anything questions you might have. Definitely made the right choice of tent by going with this company 👍👍

I don't usually write reviews, but the exceptional service I recently received from Dara, Georgia, Steve and the rest of the team at Tuff-Trek has warranted it.
I've just collected my Defender after the Alu-Cab Icarus conversion and couldn't be happier with it. From my initial email contact, Georgia replied promptly and provided me with the information I requested, plus some additional useful details like the nearest train station so I could plan my return journey, and not once did I feel under pressure to complete the order.

When I dropped the vehicle off, the team greeted me with big smiles and Steve even dropped me off at the bus stop so I could catch the imminent bus! Hugely appreciated.
When I collected it, it was immediately evident that Steve had done a fantastic job of fitting everything. Dara took the time to run through the operation of the conversion and accessories with me, and even gave me a heads up on some hidden corrosion issues they'd found for me to address. Again, hugely appreciated.

Tuff-Trek are a prime example of exactly how a company should be run and operate. They have a new customer for life and I've already recommended them to my friends and family for all their camping/4x4/adventure equipment needs.

Speak with you again soon guys!

Great products and excellent customer service. Definitely the people to speak to if you are trying to get expedition-ready

Absolutely thrilled with the roof tent that Dara and colleagues fitted to our T5. We had to get out and enjoy the March sun immediately and had our first night in the roof tent in a local site - it was fabulous! Quality of tent is superb, really enjoyed the space it’s given us and has provided us with our perfect set up. Our 14 year old says it looks ‘lit’ which I’m presuming means he approves too! Can’t thank Tuff Trek enough - great welcome and advice when we popped into their Saturday open day and communication regarding fitting etc has been spot on. Back this week for a solar panel install and it’s reassuring to know it’s in safe hands. Recommend Tuff Trek unreservedly 👌🏕️ 🍻

Great place to shop. Matt was really helpful, with no hard sell. He explained everything we needed to know about their expedition products. Left us being able to make an informed choice.
Great choice of good quality products, sold in a happy and inviting atmosphere.
Five stars from us.

Used to purchase Alucab accessories Super helpful and great service.

Amazing service! We ordered a Shadow Awn for our Landrover Defender but there was slight damage to the casing. The fantastic team at Tuff Trek were absolutely brilliant in sorting it out for us. New case was dispatched from Africa and has now arrived with us. Can’t recommend this company highly enough😇

Fantastic product off a geat company 👍will buy off them again

As always the guys had answers to my questions . Great products and info always

Dara, Matt, Dave and team were fantastic!
Really responsive and helpful when deciding on different combos of roof tent rack and awning!
What these don’t know about expedition kit out isn’t worth knowing!!!
Thanks guys really pleased with the fit out of my Grenadier!

I ordered some camping chairs that were delivered within 24 hours. Some stitching came undone on one after 6 months. Again within 24 hours Tuff Trek had contacted the manufacturer and arranged a replacement. Couldn’t ask for better service!

This awning is stupidly designed & constructed. I used it 4 times & now noticed 8 holes appearing in the canvas right where the oversized bolts are that hold the support legs. These are digging into the canvas when closed up, so I had to reduce the length & put on some protection to prevent chafing.

The person who answered the phone could not have been more helpfull and worked after closing time to sort my query.
First class service

Very personable service and great chatting to Dara. Always at the ready to provide advice and stocks the best overland/expedition products available.
