Ordered a Loyle Carner shirt, didn't get a dispatch note for 2 weeks, chased on email, got two different answers - 1 saying it's delayed and 1 saying it was lost in the mail with no hope for future stock, prompting a 3-5 days refund. Terrible service, don't use them.

Ordered a Beatles picture disk (vinyl), limited edition Sdt. Pepper`s via thebeatles.com. Delivery times are somewhat longer compared to others but after about 2 weeks the LP arrived in perfect condition. Price has been competitive. So honestely i can't really complain and will probably order again. Everything as promised.

I ordered and paid for an item (yet to be delivered) through Universal Music Direct - which turned out to be the same company as Digital Stores. There are no reviews for Universal Music Direct. There are plenty of bad ones for Digital Stores.
I am in the process of going through Paypal resoluttion Centre.
Do not purchase anything from this company.

UPDATE: Today they sent me the voucher and I went back to buy the album, my surprise was when I found the album in my mailbox. Late, but it has arrived. Now I have to cancel the new order. Digital Stores has complied and possibly the delay is due to the postal companies. Although the delivery has been slow, I have received very good attention from the Customer Service department and I definitely recommend that you get in contact with them if you have any mishap, as they will solve the problem quickly.

ORIGINAL STORY
I bought an album on April 24, and today, May 9, I still do not receive it. It was cheaper than Amazon, and for saving me a few euros now I have this problem. As always they say that they have already sent it and that I have to wait 7 and 14 days, which is strange, because other orders that I have made to U.K. They have taken me 3 or 4 days maximum. The fact is that we have more than 10 and yesterday I sent another email saying that I returned the money or gave me a solution, because if I would not claim Paypal, as I still have no answer and my patience is over, today I submitted claim.I have been asked to withdraw the paypal claim to return the money. I have done it and I hope in two or three days answer on your part, if not, I will return to claim Paypal and this time I will not withdraw it.
Good news, I hope. They have contacted me to re-send me the disc or a voucher to make the order again. I told them that I prefer the voucher to go back to make the purchase. Something positive for this company after all.

had the same problem previously... they send goods out late, only after you've chased them... no response to emails, wasting everyones time.

Can’t add much more than what’s already been said. They appear to sell of the back of Universal Records, accept and confirm order then that’s the last you hear from them till you chase then they tell lies. After eventually get a refund I persisted to get a reason for their non supply and no advice they couldn’t supply and repeated got the same response. Avoid at all costs. Wished I seen these reviews first!

Nachdem ich diese Rezensionen hier gefunden habe, wundert mich nichts mehr ... !!

I ordered the Guns N Roses Locked and Loaded box set/Turntable deal from them. I also ordered a phono pre-amp.
The box set and pre-amp showed up a few days after I ordered.
They ended up sending me the wrong pre-amp (one valued about $20 less than the one I ordered).
After 3 days, no shipment on the turntable. I would send emails asking for an update. A few days later I got a standard reply email saying they will check into it and let me know. I never ended up hearing from them. I had to open a claim with Paypal. A few days after that I got an email from them asking me to cancel the claim with Paypal. When I didn't do that, I got another email a few days later saying they may have a theft problem and asked me to be patient while they investigate. They never responded to Paypal;'s dispute and I got a refund after 10 days of no response. I would avoid them as it seems this keeps happening to people when they order through them.

Great items but NO service
They have some great items for sale that you can’t get from Amazon etc, the pricing is ok, but there is little to no customer service. No reply about an enquiry about an order I placed that I submitted 4 days ago.
Payment has been taken for a pre-order, release date has come and gone, item is now sold out, but there’s no reply about me wanting to change my pre-order for something else
They keep taking pre-orders from customers without actually knowing they can fulfill the order

Email customer service is dire....you wait days for a reply and the information is next to useless. Return the email with a question, and you get the same answer as the first time! Cancelled my order, and will only buy items that are in stock from now on, they can't be relied upon for pre-orders
Update* December 2018
Pre-ordered a vinyl in November due for release 14 Dec as an Xmas present. A week before shipment I check the date, all good. 3 days before release and the dates moved to January, but my order confirmed still says December. No feedback from them. I’ve tried twice to contact them, no response, I try twitter help, and that’s a farce. They are the laziest people on the planet and they basically are robbing people, because they never ship.

Ordered two albums on the 21st of December. Have not received them. Pay Pal are looking into it for me now. Avoid this company. Crooks.

This website is a scam, I stupidly thought it was an official supplier of beatles products. Ordered the white album quadruple vinyl set, been waiting 2 months and they are no longer responding to emails, please don't buy from this company. This company should be shut down.

Scammers...I canceled a preorder right after I ordered, they already processed the payment, told me I would get a refund in 3-5 working days (that was December 15) and now completely ignore my emails/messages, no refund, they literally stole my money..now I have PayPal looking into it and they haven’t heard back from digitalstores either! Disgusting

Now that I filed paypal dispute, they get back to me, asking me to cancel my dispute then they will refund me, what a joke! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! ITS ALSO A SCAM! i WILL GLADLY LET PAYPAL HANDLE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY FOR ME! They need to be investigated! I was told the reason for delay in refund is because I charged the item back???? but no proof of this of course because it never happened, so ridiculous!

Ordered Paul McCartney latest album, money taken from my account, yes, you’ve guessed it, product never arrived and now unable to make contact. Sent several emails to Customer Service all of which bounced back. Their advertising campaign was on Facebook where I made contact from. Avoid like the plague, this is a complete scam.

The payment has been drawn, so I am very disappointed and angry. Having never experienced such a failure. And this is ordered from the official Beatles.com site. Might be the last time.

Ordered a t-shirt from the Ben Howard store on the 6th of December. Despite lots of emails I have no reply. Total scammers!

I ordered The Beatles White Album CD Box Set for £120 for a Christmas present and received a book entitled A Brief Online Inquiry Into Online Relationships, plus a CD and Poster!
Followed up with an email via the Beatles web site (no response), a phone call (on answerphone) and another direct email to them (no response yet). Dispute now in the hands of PayPal.
Reading so many bad reviews it looks as though it's about time the record companies found a more reliable supplier.

I ordered the Deluxe Beatles White Album for a Christmas present, not cheap, the money left my account but no update was given for over a week. The website changed to read 'out of stock' but I was not refunded nor given any replies to my emails. After two weeks stock was back and a reply was sent, only to receive a £20 copy of the new 1975 album.

With no telephone number and with it being so close to Christmas I feel all emails will go unchecked and my money not returned.

Why are these big name artists using such a terrible service.

Don’t buy from this crowd, total waste of time ordering. They’ll take your money keep it for 3 months then tell u “courier unable to deliver” and slowly refund you. SCAM SCAM SCAM
