Digital Stores 

I have ordered a few times with this shop. In the past items were as I ordered them and arrived pretty fast. But with the recent Aurora scandal I do not recommend them anymore. My pre-order, ordered in October, was shipped on Jan. 21st but it seems to be lost because I haven't recieved anything yet. It can be delayed yes but this is ridiculous. Reading about other fans' experiences makes me even more worried about my order. Returns without fans knowing, wrong items, damaged items, not as described, bad communication, what a failure....

Pre-ordered a signed vinyl, signed CD and signed cassette from the official store of an artist on the Universal Music UK sub-label Decca (Digital Stores is a service from Universal Music UK).

Album was released 21. January 2022 and I did not get any status from Digital Stores until 28. January when I got an status that the bundle was shipped.

Did not get any queries from courier/postal service or customs during the delivery period, but got an email from Digital Stores that my package could not be delivered on 21. February 2022 and that it was returned to Digital Stores without an option for re-delivery to me.

There are a lot of other people who also has the exact same story for this release, it's doubtful that the packages actually left the store (they probably sold a big quantity of something they did not have).

This is a scam or at best a _very badly_ run company.
Stay away at all cost! Such a shame for the artists that we want to support!

Universal Music's mailing service is terrible, and many people's items have been returned for no reason. The item I ordered hasn't been arrival yet, but I can't track the status of my item, I don't know where my item is, and I can't be sure when it will arrive

HORRIBLE experience!! I ordered signed bundle form AURORAs store and it was for some reason returned to them and they didnt even give me a chance to ask for the order to be resend to me! And also i ordered signed cassette and it came unsigned, i emailed customer service and guess what, theyre not replied...

I've preordered a singled bundle from Aurora's new album "The Gods We Can Touch" (Vinyl, CD and Cassete) in October 14th, but it never arrived. I didn't even get a dispatch confirmation email, nothing. I emailed them 2 times and only got a reply later saying to wait. Waited for weeks and when it arrived I was so disappointed! The “signed” bundle was a lie, instead I got signed cards of the size of the respective products and on top of it, I only get 2 instead of 3! And just to make things worse, the CD is so badly printed that I can’t read what’s in the cover. This is the worst service i’ve ever seen, I’m not going to buy anything else until I hear a public apology and an explanation of what really happened. Aurora must be so pissed or she might not even be aware, is this how you treat her image???

I preordered a CD from Aurora back in October only to not received anything a month after the album came out. Whatever issues they have with the shipment shows their amateurish incompetence.

Shouldn't you be able to give zero stars?

Ordered an item in November - only an item of clothing - and here we are in Feb and I still don't have it.

Seriously....how are you still in business and how do you trick people into using you to sell their items?

I ordered books in december . untill today i have not received, i found that other goods were added and charged to my account from same group. until today i have not received any information nor any goods
AVOID THEM completly

I ordered merchandise from the official website of my favourite band. Digital Stores run the store on this website. Over a month passed and it failed to arrive. I reported this to Digital Stores and they stated that my order would be resent. Yet again a month has passed and it did not arrive either. This company provides a terrible service. Avoid.

Bad print quality from posters, and very bad pre-ordering system, with many errors. Don't buy from this place.

awful quality. Not sent on time. Ordered before 18th Nov 2021, received January 11th 2022.
The site looks legitimate and payment was easy, but customer service and getting my money back has been shocking. Avoid.

Do not buy anything from this company.I ordered a jumper on the 2nd November it is now 17th December.I have emailed several times I got a reply once saying they had issues with supplier then nothing.lesson learned always read reviews first before buying.

Don't go anywhere near! I ordered a (very expensive) Rolling Stone's Ronnie Wood art print via his own website. They sent me a different print. Customer service took days to come back, wanted to see a photo of what I had received, took days to come back, said they'd refund me, but I had to badger them to do so. I eventually got a refund but it was very stressful as it was a lot of money for me.

Sorry to have to join the many review s on this company .paid for Taylor swift CD 9th Nov .emailed 3 times . actually found phone number mber for there retail part .told me they will try and chase my email .told credit card to refund my money.daughter has ordered poster .same took money no poster .so she will have to tell her bank to refund money .stay clear . complete scam the of a company

Ordered two Ron Wood set lists. One of them was not what I ordered. Sent several emails with no response. This is not about the money. Having seen Stones shows on every tour since 1972 this show was special to me for several reasons. I really want the set list but as a last option tomorrow I am protesting the charge with my credit card company. They are terrible.

Waiting as most on here for a delivery of ronan keating cd it not just the money my partner is disappointed not receiving the above item please if you read this don't bother to order from this scam outfit I gave them a chance to explain by email but like most on here no reply

Absolutely useless company....
I ordered an album from an artist's webpage, and unlucky for me it was these guys who dealt with it.
1st try...standard post...no delivery
2nd try...standard post...no delivery

I was now advised to order again using courier shipping and my original order would be refunded, and I'd be refunded the courier cost..which I was.

3rd try...yeah you guessed it, no delivery...in fact a label was created but ups never received an order to send.
Another replacement has apparently been shipped via DHL but I'm not holding my breath waiting for it...it's been a week since the DHL replacement was ordered and I'm not too optimistic..how hard can it be to send out an album and for the customer to receive it..it's not rocket science. Between myself, ups, DHL and royal mail and digital stores, the common denominator is digital stores and they have failed to deliver 3, possibly 4 times...either they are completely incompetent, or someone is robbing the orders before they are picked up. This was originally supposed to arrive in August...I've been waiting since August for 1 vinyl record. The customer service is shocking, yes they answer you, but never question you ask. I've not been told once, after asking countless times why it's been 3 months and I've received nothing.

Absolutely appalling service.
I’ve been waiting for my limited edition vinyl bundle for a month, I keep getting the same copy and paste message from them when I ask for an explanation, I keep being told they’re chasing suppliers, it’s been a week since they told me this and I’m still being told ‘chasing suppliers’ I’m starting to think my stuff is never going to come, the customer service is abysmal it’s such a shame so many big singers use this site. Avoid like the plague, they just want to take your money.

My child insisted his Let It Be CD came from this 'official' store rather than another. The item was pre-ordered 5 days before release. 5 days AFTER release we got a dispatch confirmation with no tracking details. Another 7 days on and we have no CD, no email responses from the company, no other way to get hold of them and a disappointed child. I really advise avoiding this company if possible.
