Wish I had read the other reviews before ordering a Paul McCartney "McCartney III" merch pack, which included 2 x t-shirts and 2 copies of the CD. The order was made on 17th November and one of the CDs and one of the t-shirts were Christmas presents. I eventually received the two cds and ONE of the t-shirts yesterday (27th February!!!). The other t-shirt is still not available - more than 3.5 months after they were advertising it for sale and so I have cancelled it. The cd and t-shirt Christmas present arrived more than 2 months too late for Christmas and other arrangements had to be made. As for myself I now have three copies of the CD as I was so desperate to hear it, I ordered a copy from Amazon in December (and it arrived two days later). To make matters worse this outfit took full payment on the day the order was made back in November. Avoid them like the plague, they are quite simply awful.

bad from every point of view. purchase of flash gordon 40TH on Queen store on line, and awarded a limited edition disc of 1980 copies. never arrived. they communicate after a month that the shipper has not delivered and the disc has returned but the address was correct and they cannot tell me why it was not delivered to me. beware of absolutely avoided.

I ordered a Ariana grande vinyl for my daughter over a year ago, waited patiently lol, finally got a notification on the 18th Feb 2021 regarding delivery (EXCITEMENT), then today, 23 feb 2021 i get a email from the company telling me that the courier tried delivering the item but was unable to, therefore the item was returned to the company and WILL NOT BE REISSUED AND A REFUND WILL BE MADE. THERE WAS PEOPLE AT HOME ALL THE TIME. SO THE WHOLE, "NO ONE WAS IN WAS ABSOLUTELY KAKA"

THIS COMPANY HAD NO INTENTION OF GETTING THE STOCK AND HELD MY MONEY AND GOD KNOWS HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE'S MONEY, NICE WAY TO MAKE A NICE BIT OF INTEREST ON YOUR MONEY AND THEN RETURN.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! ¡

Ordered 2 records and after a month they hadn't turned up.

I emailed and was assure that the stock would arrive from their supplier within 14 days.

18 days later, still no records, no order update and no email confirming delivery of stock.

And this company has more branches and offshoots than you can shake an angry fist at so I don't even know which email address to use to contact them any more.

Very dodgy company - avoid at all costs.

I ordered a Youngblud top for my daughters birthday on 5th January £50 and after messaging countless times then trying to get answer on phone but no contact number, contacted EMP who have no record of order I’m now in process of reporting Digital Sores for fraud as this is not fair total scammers xxx

I bought iPhone 7 for my son for his 21st and it was faulty I finally got a replacement and the phone doesn’t work they are a rip off please save your money and go somewhere reputable I’m on a pension can’t afford to loses money this way

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a Jeff Beck T shirt in October & a Paul McCartney record in September - I have not received either item & when I contact them, they just constantly ask for the same information - Digital Stores & Universal Music are one and the same Company & I very much regret making these purchases.

Avoid! Absolutely appalling service. Ordered some LP's in November as Christmas presents for my husband. Despite numerous calls and emails assuring me these would be dispatched, I eventually cancelling the order, which was ignored, the albums finally arrived after more than 7 weeks. Never again will I order from this company

I ordered a vinyl (limited edition, this is important) in October and after a month i got nothing and decided to contact the seller. Their replies took so long all the vinyl was sold out and they couldn’t just send it again, so they asked me to choose between a voucher and a refund. Originally I chose a voucher because I wanted to order a different item but I didn’t hear from them in 22 days. If it wasn’t for a band member whom i asked to help me out on Twitter, I think they would’ve ignored me for even longer. At least i got my money back

Scam, fraud, no customer service.
I ordered a vinyl back in december and haven't received any updates. They obvioulsy charged me. The only email I received was when I filed a dispute with Paypal. They emailed me asking to cancel the dispute.

Yeah... not happening bro.

Ordered Paul Heaton CD and signed christmas card on 4th December.Money taken out of my account.Three emails later no response as to why I have not received my order.Very very poor customer service.Never again will I order from this company

Wish I had read this before ordering a Shaun Mendes hoodie. Money deducted from my account on December 5th. Still no hoodie @ January 10th.... Impossible to contact and no acknowledgement when I submit a query on their portal.
UPDATE one day following posting review I receive an email to say delivery has been returned as it could not be delivered.. really??🤔 refund applied...

Bought a vinyl for Christmas back in September, shortly received an email saying it was no longer in stock and that I would receive a refund. Fast forward FOUR months and I’m still back and fourth trying to get one. They recently informed me that they sent me the refund in November, even though in December they said they would push for a refund?😂 firstly why was the refund even processed in November? Why would it take two months? Secondly, it’s four months later and I still don’t have it.

Nearly 2 months on & not a single reply to the 9 emails I have sent regarding the 12" vinyls they marked as dispatched several weeks ago.
They have sent me no tracking number which they were supposed to have - nothing!
Have had to approach my bank to start a chargeback to get my money back.. & Would you believe it Recordstore decided after seeing the money was being reversed from my bank to contact me for teh 1st time (funny that) to insist I had to stop that happening & to cancel the chargeback, amazingly they still did not mention anything about the vinyl I had purchased or provide tracking -said nothing at all other cancel the chargeback, Just we wanted to make sure they were keeping my Near £60 - evidentally.. Shocking.

If only I could give zero stars. Firstly I placed an order for Shawn Mendes merchandise. They took the money from my bank and then cancelled the order stating that my bank hadn't processed the payment which they had and I provided evidence to show this and even a transaction ID that my bank provided me, they still denied taking my money! My bank were great and refunded my money and chased the company directly who eventually refunded my money meaning the bank got their money back... strange seen as they said they never recieved it..... stupidly due to my daughter being desperate for the items I put my trust in the company again and reordered the items... very late delivery and no communication but they did arrive which would have been great had it not have been for the bad quality and items actually being faulty (stitching not finished properly on the clothes). Numerous emails and letters posted to their address later and still no response I have had to contact my bank AGAIN to get them to investigate as it appears this is the only way to get the company to action complaints and problems. Again the bank have been great and issued the refund meaning I'm not out of pocket. Now waiting for the bank to take the matter up with Digital Stores so that hopefully the company resolve the matter and my bank again will get their money back like they did the first time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE REVIEWS SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO CONVINCE YOU IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT IT. I do not want anyone else to suffer the stress of this awful company.

Maybe I was just lucky but after all the negative reviews concerning this online store, I did receive my package. A Keane Cause and effect LP record. It was in good condition, no damage. I gave it a spin on my deck and all tracks play fine, no skipping, no odd noises that shouldn't be there, so all good. The only concern that it was 5 days late, then again comparing some other reviews who waited months for theirs, I guess I can live with that. Still, I don`t trust the liability of the store to handle an expensive order. However I would just stick to very small orders if they work for you the first time, then by all means continue purchasing. I would have given 4 stars if I knew I knew I felt safe buying from store and 5 if the postal time was on par. Probably just a one-off purchase and I would try and source from more reliable stores, knowing I will get my package and if on time.

Over all I can`t complain, I got what I wanted so I`m happy.

Don’t buy from this company . Ordered stuff for Xmas start of December . Got e. Mail to say was sent 1st December . Didn’t arrive . I’m a hundred quid lighter. You e mail them and get an automated response and that’s it . Bank now dealing with it best they can. Total fraud of a company . Wish I’d read reviews first

Do not buy anything from this company.

3 orders from the yungblud store and not 1 order received. 2 orders have went to wrong addresses 3rd order not even been despatched and seemingly nothing they can do about it until products received back to them. Em hello its your mistake. These were meant to be Xmas gifts.
Have since had money returned by bank as clearly this company are con artists

When Michael Ball & Alfie Boe released their album in 2019 I ordered a package for my wife (via the website store operated in 2019 under the Decca name - same company same scammers !!) which should have included a signed album, it didnt arrive and when I finally got hold of customer services was told all the signed albums were gone so they could only offer a refund.

This year Ball & Boe released a christmas album. Like the fool that I am I ordered a signed album package (this time the website store was operated by digitalstores - yep same company, same rip off directors, same rubbish customer service, same scammers !!). Yet again my order was supposedly dispatched but again never arrived. The difference this time is getting hold of customer services is like finding the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, IMPOSSIBLE.

DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF SCAMMERS WHO GO UNDER THE NAME OF:
