Everything was not packaged together by flavor and just loosely thrown in a box so I have to dig through different flavor chip bags to find different flavor granola. Everything tastes great.

Odpowiedź od Diet Direct
Hello Debbie,
Thank you for reaching out to us and providing your feedback. We are absolutely happy to help you. Some of our products are sold in loose 7 packs. Those particular products do not come in boxes, as we have found that causes damage to the snacks themselves. This is why they are placed at the top of the box with packing materials under them. This way, they have additional padding and it reduces the chances of them arriving damaged.
Our Customer Care Manager will reach out to you later today to further assist you. We appreciate your business and have a great day!
