Great service all around.
Not bad for diet food. Everything I receive (in a timely manner, I might add) has been boxed well and not damaged upon receipt... even the chips aren't broken to pieces. Chat service is excellent too.

Love Diet Direct
Love Diet Direct! easy to order, shipped quickly and the bars are EXCELLENT!! Have shared with co workers who are going low carb to lose weight. They LOVED the bars too! I am trying to lose weight but have also recently been diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. I can eat the bars that are sweet with chocolate-satisfying my sweet tooth and love for chocolate without increasing my blood sugars! A wonderful addition to my "new" life!

Diet Direct provides the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you aware of any promotions that may be going on at the time. I had recently placed a large order for products. The next day, I received an email that those products were now on sale. The customer service representative honored the sale price and credited my card with the difference. This kind gesture was done without hesitation. I am a very a happy customer!
