Hello Tracey,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are so very sorry that you experienced such a delayed transit time. All carriers are still catching up from the extreme holiday volume this year. We have seen that some packages have gotten caught in this and have taken much longer than what is typical to deliver.
FedEx has assured us that they will be back to their pre-pandemic transit times in February. Based on your location, your shipments should only take 2-3 days to arrive at that point.
Our Customer Care Manager will reach out to you today to further assist you with this matter. We appreciate your business and have a great day!

Diet Direct raised prices from $9.99 per 6 pack to $12.99. These same items are available elsewhere for $6.15..No excuse for DD prices being double. When O complained I got a speech about quality assurance. Items I receive elsewhere will be fine.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us to provide your feedback regarding our Kay's Naturals line of products. We did have a price revision on this product recently, bringing the cost to $12.99. This is something that almost never happens and is only to help adjust for increasing ingredient costs and shipping costs, and to ensure we are able to continue to offer our rewards program, returns and exchanges, and promotions.
Please rest assured we strive to offer the best pricing possible while maintaining the integrity of our programs. We do carry many other products in our house brands that will be similar and come in 7 packs, to which you can apply our BUNDLE promotion. Rest assured, our Customer Care Team is happy to help you find the best products to suit your tastes and needs.
Our Customer Care Manager will reach out to you today to further assist you. We appreciate your business and have a great day!
Excellent!

Hello John,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We are happy to assist you. We carry a variety of products to suit different tastes and dietary needs. At this time, all of our bars will be about 150-170 calories, depending on the product. We do not have any that will be 260 calories, but we can certainly help you find a bar or snack closer to the calorie range you are looking for.
Our Customer Care Manager will reach out to you today to further assist you with this matter. We appreciate your business and have a great day!
Always on time and consistent!

Hi Tom,
Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand your concern regarding sales tax when shopping with us and are more than happy to help. There was a supreme court law that was recently passed that now requires all online retailers to begin charging sales tax (the same as your local tax) on any orders placed online. This rate can vary based on your zip code and also can change based on the types of products you order. While we understand this can be frustrating since there may be some states that are not yet complying, the state in which we are located does require that we comply with this policy. Soon, this will encompass all 50 states.
You will be contacted by one of our Customer Loyalty Specialists within 24 hours for a resolution. Please know your complete satisfaction is important to us. Thank you and we appreciate your business.

Always filled fast
Always filled and sent out quickly. I started ordering because I could return something if I didn't like it. That was years ago, and in all that time I have been so pleased. There was one time that my order got lost in shipping and it was replaced quickly.

Super Reliable and Affordable
I've been ordering from Diet Direct for about eight months, and the company is awesome. I've tried similar products/companies before and I've run into shipping delays, really good deals with the first order and then skyrocketing prices on subsequent orders, and products being routinely back-ordered AFTER placing an order.
My experience with Diet Direct has been completely different. I almost always receive my orders a day or two before the estimated delivery date (which is quite a feat, considering how backed up shipping has been across the board due to COVID), the website is easy to use, and the product offerings are all stellar. They are always offering a deal or promo, some of which have prompted me to try a new product (which I typically end up really enjoying and ordering again). Diet Direct has become a staple of pantry.
While I haven't set up a recurring order or taken advantage of their membership tier, I still feel like I'm getting great service and products for a fair price. I would recommend Diet Direct to anyone looking for a Bariatric or high-protein prepared food plan, especially to people looking to incorporate a few things into their days.
