Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, we were offered help when we arrived but didn’t need it and we were left to browse. We were offered coffee which was a nice touch. When we were ready to order we had prompt and very good service. Good explanation on extras etc. finance and options were clearly explained. I was impressed with the man who took our order, he was knowledgeable & helpful and not pushy.

Very good range of beautiful stylish products
The range of furniture was excellent and eventually with the help of a polite young lady I chose a sofa and reclining chair in the colour of my choice. I am very happy with DFS today and will highly recommend them

World-class!
This was our first experience buying a sofa, and we just had to choose DFS. Fortunately, Rachel (or Rachael!) made us feel right at home. She was fantastic, answered any questions we had, and gave us her advice. It was down to her as to why we purchased the sofa there and then! A natural-born salesperson, but a lovely person at heart too.

I couldn't make up my mind which sofa I wanted , I was popped in store a few times before I made up my mind. The man was always very helpful,
The day I made my mind up, I didn't have a lot of time to ordered my sofa , but he was quickly and efficient at telling me what I needed to know and sorting out payment, really helpful even pointed out I could get a £170 rug for just £20 as they had a offer on .
Now just hopping the sofa that get delivered is the same showroom🤞

Very lovely store
Very lovely store, very lovely lady who helped us choose our sofa.. Sian.., she made us a yummy coffee and was very patient with our 6 year old son. Who kept butting in!
