I couldn't make up my mind which sofa I wanted , I was popped in store a few times before I made up my mind. The man was always very helpful,
The day I made my mind up, I didn't have a lot of time to ordered my sofa , but he was quickly and efficient at telling me what I needed to know and sorting out payment, really helpful even pointed out I could get a £170 rug for just £20 as they had a offer on .
Now just hopping the sofa that get delivered is the same showroom🤞

Very lovely store
Very lovely store, very lovely lady who helped us choose our sofa.. Sian.., she made us a yummy coffee and was very patient with our 6 year old son. Who kept butting in!
Sian also explained all the options of different materials and finance options

The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of the furniture was really good and quite reasonable too. I would definitely order from them again.

Pleasant sofa shopping experience
The shop is nicely laid out with calming lighting. The staff gave us plenty of time to browse and make up our minds. When they were needed, they were helpful and informative. It made for a very pleasant sofa shopping experience.

Lots of choice in store which is always a good thing. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent knowledge and could answer any questions we asked about the sofa we chose and also the insurance that we took out.

We have had a wonderful experience with DFS in Plymouth and actually purchased our sofas in DFS Torquay. The staff were amazing in both stores and so knowledgeable. Great Experience
I visited the store a couple of times whilst trying to make a decision on a sofa, all the staff were so lovely. Rachel and Darren were both extremely helpful and friendly and both made the purchase completely stress free. Everything about the finance and care of the sofa was explained to me so well, very happy with the service they provided.
