It was an easy process conducted in a nice atmosphere.
The place itself is full of light and clean, and the furniture well laid out. Also, being out of town makes it no problem finding a parking space.
Altogether a nice expierance from staff and shop.

Lovely, relaxed store with staff who don't jump on you the minute you come in. They make their presence known gently. As soon as we needed help we were approached by a lovely member of staff (Lilly) who was very knowledgeable. No hard sell. Helped us save a bit of money with the offer and we got cushions we didn't expect to get too! Would definitely recommend if you need furniture 👍 lovely relaxed experience and we got exactly what we needed.

Had a really nice experience at DFS. The lady who helped us was super understanding, not pushy at all, and really easy to relate to. She gave us space to look around but was there when we needed help, which made the whole process feel relaxed and comfortable. Overall, a really positive experience.

On entering the store was asked if needed any help, then was allowed to browse without any pressure. Once I had made my choice the Salesman was very polite, helpful and explained everything clearly. The transaction was made without any fuss or hassle.

We visited the Torquay Willow store and were served by Sian, who was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience really enjoyable — no pressure, just genuinely helpful. We found a sofa we loved that was available on express delivery, so it arrived within two weeks.
It's our first ever brand new sofa and we absolutely love it — it's beautiful. The delivery process was seamless too; we were kept informed right up until the van arrived, and the drivers were great. Really happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend!
