The service from the staff was very welcoming, charming and polite with no pushy sales pitch. Always used DFS as their sofas, in my opinion are of great quality and competitive price.

DFS staff are liars.
Member of staff said pay £129 for delivery in a week, which we did along with the full amount for the sofa. When this took over 3.5 weeks to deliver, we contacted them about this as we called DFS numerous times during this to liaise.
They proceeded to lie and say we were contacted twice before this, which is abhorrently untrue as we have evidence via text messages. They said they are not willing to help us further as the notes say told not within a week, we would not have paid this if ‘Dennis’ didn’t tell us within a week.
They are bare faced liars and would not recommend the £129 delivery option. Unbelievable.

To confirm when you purchase express furniture the full balance or deposit needs to be paid before the order will go live with the suppliers, if you were prompted to clear the balance this would have been the reasoning behind this.
I am very sorry to hear however, you are still waiting on your delivery and I do appreciate your frustration if this is later than anticipated. Unfortunately, as no order reference number has been provided we are unable to locate your order. Great service, not pushy sales tactics, visited once to find the sofa we wanted and then visited the second time to purchase it and felt welcomed on both occasions, really great friendly professional service from staff.
