Great job! I hope it’s a great experience when I use it.

Bought based on available dentist options listed in my area. Turned out 98% of all dentists noted online actually do not accept dental plans.com at all and never did. Called them no refund options after 30 days. I bought policy to help with expensive upcoming dental treatment believing I had numerous options available. Not true, company gave some unbelievable excuse “it happens” really?! So I can’t use this policy I paid them for based on their misrepresentation of available local doctors, no refund, totally useless policy. Confirm for yourself first don’t trust what’s noted as available online! Money totally wasted and adding this stress on top of the financial burden? Dental plans.com made this soooo much worse not getting a cent in savings so frustrating. In reality what do you call this misrepresentation? Fraud?

I would not recommend this company or their policies. I had a valid reason for needing to cancel, but they denied it, and are continually to extract money from my account every month. It’s not tons of money, but they weren’t at all willing to work with me. I would not use them again.

I received a reminder of my renewal prior to the due date. I contacted them & had the renewal to take effect. I did save according to them a savings by doing this prior to due date. The service representative was very helpful in providing me with all that was necessary. TY

Very difficult to cancel and it set me up with auto-renewals. Feels scammy. Would not recommend.

My dentist stopped accepting my plan. I was not notified of this until the day before my dental appointment. I called to cancel my policy as I want to continue with this dentist, I was told it was after 60 days so I could not cancel, even though the terms changed. Pasha was fairly rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told I would be called in 24-72 hours. No supervisor has called.

Winston at CIGNA dental savings was an enormous help to me when setting up my plan. He patiently walked me through a very complicated process of creating a new account. Highly recommend!
