What a scam DO NOT use DentalPlans.com! They will tell you anything to make the sale. Plans doesn't work as a secondary source. Customer service sucks to be honest. Very shady company! Avoid them at all cost it will save you money and headaches in the long run.

Please know that this rating has nothing to do with the representatives trying to help me today.( they were customer oriented, friendly and professional) My issues of concern began when I received an email from you regarding my auto renewal coming up soon. $154.95 and in parenthesis “plus a $20 processing fee” . I went on your live chat to confirm that my renewal would be $174.95….They stated that with the 10% discount my plan price would be $159.46. I proceeded to call to speak with a live agent…asking the same questions per above and she quoted $174.95. I asked why is her quote different from the live chat quote and she relayed to me that I must use the 10% discount code on my site(which was no where on my site) and must renew today in order to get the discount. Needless to say I renewed today. My concerns are: Why was the 10% discount not mentioned in the email I received this morning regarding my auto renewal? Where on my site is this 10% discount located? If I had not called I would have missed the chance to save some much needed $$. I would have just relied on the auto renewal taking place at the end of this month without knowing a discount was offered. On another note…it would help in understanding and hearing your live representatives a lot better if the background noise of other phone calls could be reduced in some way. It was very hard trying to hear what my phone representative was saying. Thank you for your attention to the above issues of concern.
