Decor island indicated they had a product in stock on line. I ordered the product on a Sunday., putting my credit card info in, on Thursday I got an email indicating my order was cancelled as the product was discotinied. They should not have a product listed as being in stock an available online if they do not physically have it.

I looked on multiple sites for perfect nickel & brass faucet. Finally found exactly what I wanted here. Love it. It makes my vanity!!

Please tell me what happen??????

I still haven't received confirmation that my order shipped. Can't get anyone to answer my email or my phone calls. I'm concerned they took my money and ran!

I received the wrong order I am now attempting to return the item. I was charged for the correct item but the item received is $25.00 less. In-efficient in the shipping dept.

Excellent company.

I ordered a faucet from them. The faucet was as described. The faucet was shipped in a reasonable time. The only problem I had, is that I did not know when it was being shipped. By the time they sent me an email saying it was coming, I had already received it.

Called on Thursday.....had an item overnighted (paid $45 shipping). Thought it would get there Friday. The item arrived Wednesday afternoon. I was told the item would likely ship that same day, then received an email saying it was going to take 24 - 48 hours to process.

Couldn't give a estimated time of arrival. Took way too long and customer service rep was vague and rude.

Wonderful customer service. Would definitely buy from again.

Our order was to be shipped out on September 21 and delivered on September 25-26. Tracking revealed the item wasn't shipped until September 25th and we're still waiting for our order. I was also supposed to receive a designer discount, but was told my item was priced so low there would be no discount.

Disappointment! They advertise an item which is no longer available. I have placed an order for Grohe Sena shower head in satin nickel. I got order confirmation once I did my payment over PayPal . After three days I got an email from their sales person saying that the item was no longer available, and my order was cancelled. When I asked if they could try to find an item for me I was told no, and the salesperson literally said "if you don't hear from us within the next couple of days then it means we can't find it", he didn't even bother to offer me something else instead. I just googled up that same item and it shows as available even today- very unprofessional!!!

Awful experience with them! Ordered a sink and the plumber broke only the top portion when installing. Called to order the sink only from the original order and they ordered but did not put a rush on it as was asked and worst of all they did not verify what was ordered originally and ordered one hole rather than four holes as was the original order. Would not accept responsibility for their error and would refund it minus the handling fee and restocking fee completely unacceptable for something that was their error.

I ordered a sink colander from Decor Island; however, the company notified me the item was no longer available. Although there wasn't any money issues, the company should not advertise a product they do not have. Unbelievably, they are still showing its availability.

Decorisland and their sister site, faucetstop, say they have a decolav 1441-CWH in stock. They accepted my order for red label, then contacted me the following afternoon(AFTER I should have received the product) to say that they did not, in fact, have the product in stock. They still have not altered their site to reflect their current stock levels. This is a lie and I hope word gets to the correct ears.

Good Prices - Item is/was packed well and shipped pretty quickly after ordering..

My order was two weeks later then they said and customer service was a joke. Never going to use them again.

I was desperate and ordered my part on line. I called from Hawaii at 4 am my time to make sure it was all going to happen as planned, and it did!!!

I've had nothing but trouble with DecorIsland. I ordered your Gerber
sink on 24 August 15 and heard nothing about my order for about 10
days. Finally on 2 Sept 15 I got word that the sink had been shipped.
It arrived today (11 Sept 15 ) and has a nasty little crack in the rim.
I'll bet that DecorIsland will blame UPS for the damage but to me it
looks like a manufacturing defect. I called DecorIsland and was told
that maybe they will ship a replacement sometime next week. Mean-
while our whole bath room remodel is delayed for another two weeks
if, indeed, a replacement is sent. Nothing but trouble with DecorIsland.

After ordering the merchandise I received an automated email stating that I would be receiving another email with tracking information once the order shipped. I never did receive the shipped/tracking email and contacted Customer Service after 5 business days had passed. They informed me that my order would arrive within 7 to 10 business days. I finally did get the order in the stated time frame but never did receive tracking information so I was less than confident my order was actually on the way until it actually arrived.
