GOOD SALES SUPPORT AND CRAZY FAST SHIPPING ORDERED FRIDAY AFTERNOON RECEIVED SATURDAY, WOW.

I placed an order for overnight delivery eight days ago. I still do not have my product. When I contacted the company (it took two attempts), I was told the product was on back order from the manufacturer. I'm still waiting on decor island to respond about comparable products or a refund. I needed the product overnighted to complete a project, but now the contractor and plumber are both on hold pending arrival of the part. The communication has been slow because they only contact me via email and then take several hours to respond.

Ordered two items, first item: sent wrong model number - not only was it damaged but all the pieces were missing to install it. No one emailed me or called me to let me know the original item I ordered was no longer available. They just sent what they wanted and expected me to accept that. The second item: not available, so they just cancelled it and never told me. They also charged me $50 shipping on a small item that should have only been about $15. If I wanted the item they sent me, I could have order from Home Depot for $35 less with free shipping. They refused to allow me to cancel something I do not want - I am frustrated and disappointed in this company. Do not recommend and will never use again.

From the first call to this company until my order was received, They were professional, very helpful and the price including shipping was RIGHT! I would recommend them to my friends.

Ordered 10/20, shipped 10/27, received 10/30. Received email notifications for all of those events. I didn't really need them quickly, so 10 days wasn't bad. Initially contacted Faucetstop.com in NJ after a Google search for the cartridges. They had the best price. Ordered the cartridges over the phone, but when I was sent these email notifications, they came from DecorIsland.com Customer Service. Not a big deal, just a curiosity. The cartridges were shipped directly to me from Kingston Brass in CA and sold to Williamburgs (KB spelling) Supreme, Brooklyn, NY. I received what I ordered, they were new and fit perfectly with no leaks after install.

Haven't seen order yet...no communication...no idea when to expect it.

I purchased two Delta Kitchen fawcetts. DELTA CASSIDY SINGLE HANDLE PULL DOWN KITCHEN FAUCET, Item Number: 9197-DST, Finish: Chrome. These were to replace two ugly black fawcetts in a recently purchased home.

They arrived faster than expected. All the pieces were in the box and installation was easier than expected. They looked better than the picture, and the operation had a solid feel of quality.

Good price, quick delivery. All as promised.

Contacted sales before ordering and they said I would have my two faucets that were in stock in 7-10 days. After 2 weeks they never shipped and could not provide me with a tracking number. I called and did an online chat with no resolution. Would not recommend them at all. Canceled order.

The product I ordered showed to be in stock which meant it should have been shipped within 24-48 hours. I had to open 2 tickets to find tracking info after more than 72 hours after purchasing. I will never purchase from this place again, nor recommend to anyone I know

I ordered a sink that I needed to get the next day. Going through the online shopping process, it looked like this was possible. I waited for the shipment to arrive all day and then received a phone call at around 5pm that the sink would take 4-5 days to arrive as it had to be shipped in from Canada. Then when I called back to cancel the order, the person on the line made me feel like it was my fault for expecting to get my product the next day. Wasn't happy!

My experience was overall very good. Price was great and shipping was fast. Had to ask for tracking info but when I did they emailed me promptly. Definitely would recommend to others.

I bought a toliet and all over the site it said "free shipping" and then a $199 handling charge had been added. To my knowledge, this was not apparent until after I received confirmation. However, I emailed them and was told to call. I called and left a message and no one called me back so I emailed again and didn't hear back from that (2 days ago).
It feels like I've been scammed. I would have cancelled the order if I actually was able to talk to anyone. I am going to fight the charges with Amex to not pay a handling fee. How much handling is required for a toliet that it cost $199? Clearly, there is no free shipping. They just sneak it in as a handling fee instead. They misled me and then their customer service mishandled it to make it feel like they didn't give a hoot that they scammed me. Shame on them.

Arrived on time, nice sink. Thought I ordered touch sink but it was a regular one, but just as well less to go wrong.

I wanted a gold brass bathroom sink and what I received was a stainless steel sink. Once I received my order immediately called for an exchange for the right color. The associate in customer service said he would send me the proper email on instructions on how to return product. It's been a week I'm still waiting for that email, tried calling back but answering machine said that they were closed even though it was 3pm on Friday. I sent a email since I couldn't get anyone on the phone about returning my sink it only gave me a ticket no. So, now I'm reluctant about ordering anything else from Decor Island.

waiting on my counter top and vessel to come in can give you a better review next week

they call weeks after placing the order claiming that the prices they advertised on line of which i ordered and received confirmation are not valid. Also stating that their free shipping doesn't qualify & that the freight charge is per unit.

Good products good prices but need to ship items sooner. Orders take too long to ship.

The prices are great, but the customer service could be better. There also wasn't clear information on the website about the store being closed for a couple days which affected delivery time.
