After having read the excellent reviews, I chose to see Dr Tessa Fayers at the Ezra Clinic. I felt I needed a surgeons’ helping hand as my sagging eyelids were starting to affect my vision in the corners due to the ageing process and wearing eye make-up was becoming more of an issue.

I am now 8 weeks on from the operation and I am highly delighted with the results. My eyes now open wider, they are pretty much symmetrical and most importantly all the loose skin has gone enabling me to wear eye makeup again. The recovery was pretty quick with little bruising and no complications. My appearance has not changed dramatically, which is what I wanted. It’s achieved a more youthful look.

The whole process exceeded my expectations from the initial consultation to the after care, which is certainly down to Tessa's knowledge and surgical expertise, along with her professional caring and calm manner. I was made to feel very relaxed during the surgery as I chose not to have sedation and couldn’t believe how quickly the time went – mainly due to the engaging conversation we had!

I highly recommend Tessa Fayers and her team to anyone considering this procedure.

**Upper blepharoplasty with Tessa Fayers**
I had asymmetry in my eyes caused by excess upper lid skin on one side. This issue for me was very personal and impacted the way i felt about myself daily.

I do not believe my review will do justice to express just how happy I am with the outcome of the procedure. Yes all staff were polite and knowledgable, yes the fees were clear from the start, yes the facilities were clean and modern but for me what was paramount is the skill of the surgeon and I cannot fault Tessa.

My procedure was carried out so meticulously and with great attention to detail that just a few weeks on, the incisions are barely noticeable. Symmetry within realistic terms has been achieved and I am very happy with the results.

Tessas passion to change lives through her craft shines through in every conversation and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

After struggling with watery eyes for so long, an issue which got progressively worse, affected both eyes and knocked my confidence, I found Daniel. From start to finish, my care has been fantastic. I had an Endo DCR procedure on both eyes at Moorfields Private under Daniel's care. As one of the leading consultants in the country for this procedure, I knew I was in good hands. Daniel has a wonderful and calming bedside manner and he and his team couldn't have made it more seamless. There was no scarring, no swelling and very little down time and both eyes stopped watering almost immediately after surgery. I feel as if I have my life back again and no mopping up a watery eye. Thank you so much for changing my life.

I had an upper bleph and direct brow lift with Dr Alia Issa, supervised by Dr Ezra and am very impressed by the service. I have to mention the front of house (Karen, Mandy & team) especially as they were extremely polite, friendly and prompt (this has not been my experience with other establishments) and it made a real difference to the experience. I was impressed by Dr Issa. I felt I was given all the options and wasn't pressured into making any decisions and at all times was spoken to with respect and not rushed. The procedure went smoothly and importantly, I felt that this high standard of care was continued post-procedure. My texts & calls to the nurse were replied to immediately, I requested check up and was given an appointment straight away where the nurse also got Dr Ezra to step in and have a look even though I hadn't booked in with him. I am very happy with the result - it is effective but extremely natural which is exactly what I wanted. The scars on my eyebrows are already fading. I needed Blepharoplasty on my upper eyelids and did a lot of research before finally settling on the Ezra Clinic. So glad that I reached this decision as throughout, the service that I received was absolutely outstanding.
My first meeting with Caroline Wilde confirmed that I had made the right decision. Caroline was very professional, approachable and after examination gave me all the options available. I went for eyebrow lifts and blepharoplasty on my upper eyelids. On the day of the operation I was made to feel very relaxed by the staff. After the procedure I had no pain and indeed had no pain at all afterwards. I am so pleased with the results. Caroline is an accomplished and impecable surgeon. I have very little scarring, which will fade as time goes on. After 4 weeks my eyelids are no longer droopy and I can see much more, especially at the sides after my eyebrow lift. Everything is brighter. The after service was exceptional with Nurse Jo and all the staff. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this clinic.

Wanted to leave a review because I can honestly say if you are considering upper and lower lid blephroplasty than you won't find anywhere better! What a wonderful team of professionals.

Absolutely flawless with their dedication and their customer service is second to none.Nothing was ever too much trouble and despite being really nervous beforehand it was one of the best decisions I could have made .

From the initial enquiry through to post-operative care, my experience with Caroline Wilde, Mandy, Amy and Nurse Jo has been exceptional. I spent over a year researching which surgeon to go to but as soon as I met Caroline, I knew I would be in safe hands and that I’d get the outcome I wanted. She’s extremely down-to-earth, personable and really listens to her patients to ensure she can achieve the best possible outcome for them. Importantly, Caroline is very honest about what surgery can and can’t achieve and the pros / cons plus side-effects of treatment. While it’ll take a few months for the final result to appear, I am really pleased with Caroline’s work as she has achieved the outcome I wanted in the most natural and discrete way.

Nurse Jo is in charge of navigating patients through post-operative care and she does it with such positive energy, patience and a super caring manner. She made me feel like I was the only patient she had, which is incredible given I know she has loads to look after, all of whom are asking the same questions and need the same advice. Jo is also the queen of stitch removal - I didn’t feel a thing!

Finally, Aly and Mandy were both a pleasure to deal with - super responsive, professional, friendly and efficient! They both do a great job of keeping everything running like clockwork.

An amazing experience from start to finish. After researching the best practice, as I wanted a UK specialist in their field, I found Caroline Wilde and on meeting her, she gave me complete confidence in her ability to create a very natural look. I had an Upper Blepharoplasty and she recommended that an Eyebrow Lift would give a better result - and she was right! The Eyebrow Lift has made all the difference and opened my eyes so they are so bright and visible. The process was seamless and everyone involved have been so kind and attentive. The day of surgery was so exciting. It was a day surgery and I felt so relaxed and confident. Immediately I could see a huge difference and over the course of the next 7-10 days, every day marked a huge milestone in improvement of healing. I never experienced any pain throughout the whole process. Even after day 5 I felt amazing and by Day 10 you could not see that I had any surgery, but everyone commented on how bright and happy I looked. It's taken 10 years off me! The aftercare has been exceptional, and Caroline and her team have been in touch regularly. I would thorough recommend booking your treatment with them. Caroline is an exceptionally talented surgeon with a kind and calm, wonderfully happy personality. I can't thank her enough for the confidence she has given me and the amazing scars that no one can see at all.

Upon reaching the age of 50 (male) I felt that the bags under my eyes meant age had caught up with me. I had no experience of cosmetic surgery and didnt know anyone who had but chanced upon blethpharoplasty (which I didn’t know even existed as a treatment). After some internet research I tentatively booked an appointment with Professor Ezra. It was a long waiting time (almost a year) but that in itself gave me reassurance.
Meeting with Daniel Ezra gave me the confidence to go ahead with my surgery (comprising lower bleth, mid face lift, fat transposition and botox). There was no hard sell but a confidence that I could achieve a significant improvement.

Last November I had the surgery. The twilight anaesthesia was a new experience but much better than general anaesthetic, as a much quicker recovery time.
I did need to have a course of steroids post surgery due to a common complication which was quickly diagnosed and resolved.

Bruising for me took around 3 weeks to resolve.

Before surgery I was worried about scarring. A year on no-one they would only be noticeable to someone in the know - my mother doesn’t know I’ve has surgery!

Since surgery I’ve also seen Nurse Jo for botox and also has laser skin work at 152 Harley Street.

Whilst not an inexpensive procedure, it has made a dramatic difference to my appearance and possibly the best money I have ever spent. I’m now 52 and people are genuinely surprised when they find out my age. It’s taken a decade off my appearance, without anyone knowing how!

Seeing Professor Ezra at my final post op check up he described my outcome as ‘exceptional’ and I have to agree. I cannot praise his expertise enough. Also big thanks to Jo who has educated me about starting a skincare regime in my 50s.

I visited Caroline Wilde in June this year regarding upper and lower Bleph surgery. Caroline instantly made me feel confident and explained the process in so much detail that I was able to make an informed decision. I went ahead with the surgery in August and the process could not have been simpler. The surgery itself was painless and very quick and I was out and about within a week. I was a little nervous to have my stitches removed on day 6, post upper blepharaplasty surgery. I needn’t have been! Genuinely nurse Jo made the experience relaxing. I couldnt believe it when she said “all done” after 5 minutes.

I visited Dr Ezra after A LOT of research for eye bag removal. Not having had any procedures, like Botox or fillers etc, I was nervous, but also determined to find a solution, as they made me look and feel, old, tired and unconfident. The process with Dr Enza was made very clear from the start, the stages before, during and post op. The attention from him & his team have been and still is; constant, professional, kind and gentle and at no time did I feel unsafe or unsure of what was taking place. The op itself was quick. Admittedly, there is a period 48 hours after, where you need to adjust, using eye drops and cold treatment to help with swelling, but it passes quickly and recovery has been swift for me. Jo the nurse was available 24/7 on the phone and this was excellent, to be able to check any concerns. I learned post op its all about the peas, pineapple and patience…I am So so happy with the end result, looks natural and as though I’ve never had an eye bag before. I just wish I did them earlier.

I would not hesitate in recommending Dr Ezra, and I would definitely consider other treatments at his practice going forward, with either him or his talented team.

My previous lower lid blepharoplasty had left my lower eye lids retracted and for almost 7 years I was deeply unhappy with the way my eyes looked, However, after having the my Almond eye + Mucograft surgery with Professor Daniel not only are my eye lids back to there normal raised position but the shape of my eyes is now even better than I had ever hoped for ! I contacted the Enza clinic regarding a lower Bleph. I had previously had under eye filler (somewhere else) for a few years but I had started to suffer with puffiness under one eye.
I had my filler dissolved somewhere else but then was very unhappy with how my under eyes looked and was too frightened to have filler again. I contacted many clinics and had several consultations with different surgeons, but I just couldn't not find someone I felt comfortable and confident with...until I spoke to the support start at the Ezra Clinic. My first point of contact was with Mandy, she was so understanding and didn't put any pressure on me, I received all records of conversations via email, I asked for Caroline Wilde as I had seen her work online and read about her on the website. Caroline was kind enough to fit me in for a video consultation while she was on leave!
After meeting her online I just knew she was the one, she was very caring and compassionate and could understand my worries but was also fair and realistic with my expectations. I went to see Caroline face to face a week or so later, fortunately I was able to fit in for the procedure only a few weeks later. Caroline and the team were so reassuring and professional, the environment is calm but clinical, I had my procedure under sedation and I did not feel a thing. I came round a little later feeling a bit groggy after but was able to go home on the train a few hours later (with my husband). I had the inside approach so there was minimal healing time for me and I was back out after 2 weeks.
I would absolutely recommend Caroline and the team at the Ezra Clinic, she is a talented surgeon with the personal touch. The support team are great and I had regular follow up calls and an appointment about 6 weeks later. She changed my life and its the best thing I did.
