So far so good. I received my order, started my treatment. I wish they had phone support, but I was assisted with the many questions I had through email in a timely manner.

I placed an order for 3 months showed price of 400 but once submitted company charged me 400 + additional 150 stating a computer error. Ask for refund of 150 bc that's not the customer fault the computer made an error company told me they can not refund me my 150 bc both orders was already being shipped

They charged my account, but say that they had a problem with my payment and have not shipped the medication. I have reached out multiple times and have gotten no response. When I went back to message AGAIN, they deleted the evidence of me asking what's going on with my payment and prescription. There is no way to actually get ahold of anyone so I think this company is a scam.

Now going on a week with everything still in a pending state. You can only contact them via a NON-LIVE chat. The responses are 100% canned junk with promises of escalations, contacting the right departments, and promises to get everything synchronized so that it runs smoothly and still nothing happens.

In the meantime, they put a hold on your credit card with zero idea of when or if they'll actually finish the process on their side. Beginning to feel a bit like a scam.

They charged my account before I even finished the medical questionnaire. They claim you won't be charged until after your prescription is approved but they will absolutely put a hold on those funds. No contact number anywhere. No way to.cancel anywhere. Avoid avoid avoid!

I just ordered 20 minutes ago and I'm already being set to be charged again in 2 weeks. I have not talked to a Dr and the phone number 8888010179 is disconnected. Can someone please help me. I can always cancel my credit card I guess. I just wanted you let everyone know that the Dr got back to me I feel better about the situation

1. Medication arrived warm. 2. They are running a scam. I authorized a charge of $160 for the medication, then, without my knowing, authorization, or even a notification, they charged an additional $65. When I reached out about the charge, they claimed it was because I requested to start at a 9mg dose. I signed up for a 5mg dose and would never take 9mg at my current weight. I asked for a screenshot of where I made this request and they were unable to provide any evidence to support their claim. Additionally, the pharmacy used doesn't answer or return calls.

My order was sent to the pharmacy on May 6, 2026 and has still not shipped. I was feeling very confident with my decision to use this company, but now I'm having doubts.

I signed up for my first order today and was charged $160 but then I was charged an additional physician fee of $65. I have looked and can’t see any reference to this required fee anywhere. As far as I’m concerned that changes the monthly rate to $225 and I signed on for $160. Can anyone enlighten me?

Smooth and easy transaction so far! Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the fact that I was charged the $150 fee twice. Being prescribed was a breeze, just needed my photo ID and a questionnaire to be approved by the doctor. I am being prescribed the gradual 6 month Tirzepatide doses. The actual ordering process was much easier than I anticipated. I will update once I see if I'm actually refunded the double charge and again once I receive the delivery. I was super skeptical, but Ezra customer service seems extremely helpful thus far.
