As a first time customer recommended by my IT consultant, I couldn't be more impressed. Paid for a next day service and my new netbook turned up around 5pm the following day as planned.

User friendly online ordering, confirmation and then delivery updates via text. Very happy and would definitely use Dabs again. Top drawer ☺️

I came across this company by chance, after a Google search term that exhausted all usual suspects but left me empty handed. It was easy finding what I was after and easy to order, although the website navigation and the display of product descriptions can be improved as especially the latter doesn't always look on point. What I was greatly impressed with was the notification I received after my first payment attempt failed and how this was resolved, and the fact that my order arrived a day earlier than expected.

My order arrived very quickly, especially as it was free delivery and was very well packaged. The goods were exactly as ordered and described. I would highly recommend Dabs.

The price was the best I could find

I have used Dabs for a number of years, and have never had any issues with either the products or the service. Great value, speedy delivery, excellent customer service on the (thankfully very few) occasions that I have had to contact them.

Seamless ordering and very fast 2 day delivery of Synology NAS and 2x3TB WD Red NAS HDD. Excellent value for quality products, will definitely use again and highly recommend!!

After one of my NAS drives failed I ordered a WD 1TB Red SATA 6Gb/s 64MB 3.5" Hard Drive from DABS. Ordered Monday arrived Thursday by Royal mail. I didn't need it any quicker and at 98p delivery I think that's great value. Plugged in the drive and it was fully sync'ed in a few hours. Great value - thanks DABS!

The only reason they have good reviews is because they offer customers the chance to win 50£ by putting a review right after they bought something... Not really fair but it seems to be working!

In the real world, you sometimes need to return the item and deal with the customer service...

Below are the reason why I'm never going to order with them again:

1 - It's been more than a month, I'm still waiting for my item to be replaced.
2 - They don't reply to follow-up email
3 - They arrange collection at 23:45... - It takes days to arrange a collection
4 - The customer service is rude: when I say I'm going to share my experience on the web they tell me word for word : "You do what you want".
5 - They refuse to escalate issues, so basically you end up talking to someone repeating you: "I can't do anything for you".
6 - They give you contradictory informations and never update you when they say they will...
7 - I spent hours on the phone with them
8 - I better keep going with providers with a real, customer satisfaction oriented staff.
9 - They just don't care at all...
10- Not sure it's going to get better now that BT owns it.

Ordered with free delivery and recieved a couple of days later.

Ordered on a Thursday and item was not picked till Monday night, just processed all week, then it did arrive in 2 days not 5 so that was good, but overall wait for picking and dispatch was over the top. Would pay more to get items faster, not worth lower price for the wait. Will think hard before buying again.

I run a busy computer company and ordered from DABS after a fortnight we became aware that the delivery had not been made so we contacted DABs to enquire Why. To be told we are waiting for some mouse to come in. Now we only ordered the mouse for stock and didn't really care whether they came at all but the main bulk of the order was for three different clients. What annoyed me most no-one from DABs was bothered enough to contact the company to tell us The woman I spoke to told me the mouse was on back order and was expected sometime next month, then after some persuasion she offered me a £10 voucher which has yet to turn up the order was in excess of £100
After the phone call the delivery arrived next day but obviously minus the mouse.

Dabs are great to deal with, delivery and service are always 100%.

Need i say more?

I have used Dabs since 2000 both for personal and on a couple occasions hardware for work where the project costs were important. Always get value for money! I recently bought a Corsair case, which was excellent quality and again great value for money. I have done "homers" for people and used Dabs for their new hard drive and memory. I would recommend to anyone. I am an IT professional working for local government and have done for 16 years.

Bought an excellent value SSD drive and was not in a desperate hurry for the item, so selected standard delivery instead of next business day. Having bought it on a Friday and received confirmation of the dispatch the same day, I assumed delivery would be Tue or Wed the next week. The item did not arrive until the following Friday. A week is a long time for an item to find it's way from Bolton to Essex. Apart from that gripe, I like Dabs a lot,

Excellent range of everything computer related. There was a minor problem with one of my transactions but they sorted it out easily and without a problem. Always use them when i want anything for my desktop.

Shipped quickly and everything was very clear about price etc.

Good value and no problems encountered.

Sent high value items unsigned for, the. Took 4 days to initially acknowledge the issue, and then nothing for 7 days and I am still waiting.

On what planet should it take 3 days to respond to an email when you offer it as a main point of communication for customers.

Good service, very quick delivery, quite safe packaging. Only webpages should deserves more modern look...
