Ordered a new Pc online. Once added to basket the price was £5 more than quoted online. I also had my payment declined due to my bank's security systems, nothing wrong there, and Dabs quickly answered my phone call regarding that situation.... The lady I spoke to said she'd put a note on my account and told me to phone when the delivery arrived and I would be credited the £5. I tried to call them 2 days running on their various numbers - more than half an hour's worth of calls on each day. At least £5 gone on phone calls listening to 'how much they value my call'. I eventually got throught to another lady who told me there was no note on my account regarding the £5 I was owed. She credited it as a goodwill gesture as by this time I was not happy at all, but as mentioned I probably spent £10 whilst on hold. Bear in mind I was ringing the number you have to phone if you have faulty equipment, amongst others, so I'd expect this level of 'service' if you have an issue with anything you buy from them. I also sent 2 emails via their website, neither of which were replied to. The deal was cheap but I'll spend more and go elsewhere in future - I don't like being treated like this when I'm spending £500 with someone. Be warned!!!!!

I bought an i7 6700K and 16GB of DDR4 Ram from Dabs. I paid an extra £9.99 for next day delivery. When the items arrived, the courier - UPS squashed the items through the letterbox. There was no protection whatsoever on these items to safeguard against any damage being taken.

Every time i search on dabs i find what i am looking for sometimes the price is a bit high but you get what you pay for. I love shopping on dabs.

Exactly as described and arrived nice and quick, in perfect condition. All that at a bargain price too :)

Saw a great bundle offer online, but no expiry date... I'm almost ready to push the button on a work pc build but have no idea how long this offer was on for. Got in touch with DABs' Lauren, over the phone who managed to find out for me and kept me in the loop over the weekend when the relevant team member was unavailable to answer my query. It took 4 days to resolve but I have my date, great service from Lauren, but there should be the date online! Will be buying my parts from Dabs when I'm ready.

Purchased a new SSD and some new RAM for my chugging MacBook (2009) and it worked like a dream :) Dabs made it easy to look through suitable products, had great prices and it arrived way faster than expected! I'm very happy with the service, the method of delivery and tracking info provided, the site itself and how easy it was to use. I fully recommend Dabs and will happily return when I need to replace the old battery!

I ordered a laptop, and one of the listed features was a Fingerprint reader. The laptop supplied did not in fact have this feature. I wasted a couple of hours in having to contact the manufacturer, then sort out a return with Dabs. I wasn't compensated. The office software I bought with the laptop is now sitting around unusable with the subscription having begun... The search for another laptop begins, ideally without the involvement of Dabs or Lenovo (Lenovo were mightily unhelpful, to the point of rude)

Buying my new mobile was a very quick and easy process and Dabs processed my order very quickly. Unfortunately I was out when the courier tried to deliver it. The courier's website didn't allow me to request delivery to an alternative location (work) so I decided to pick it up from the depot, which was 23 miles away from home. It would be useful if it was possible to use Collect+, Doddle or Royal Mail, to allow for a more local collection option.

I have bought computers and accessories from different companies over the last 30 years and have always found the Dabs offer the best service, the best advice and above all the best price. My last purchase was a 1tb hard drive for my Mac Book Pro. Delivered promptly and had no problems with it (apart from cloning it to the last drive which was an Apple problem). Great company.

Having selected my product spec and budget, after the usual internet searching, Dabs came up trumps with not only what I wanted but an exceptional price. Eager to get my NAS device up and running, I was kept right up to date with the order progress, through to final delivery. All in a very quick and efficient service.
