A hive for scammers

A hive for scammers. Invested in 2 companies 1 sold out for 12% of what I paid, the other (gravitricity) they kept doing more funding raises even when they knew they were about to go into liquidation.

Crowdcube is OK, but don't think you can trade on it

Crowdcube is great for small companies raising money, but you as an investor never own anything, cannot trade those shares and basically you may as well just donate the money. You will always and forever have to have a Crowdcube account and be attached to them whether you have one or several investments. Also, be careful if you have a hotmail email address; doesn't like them, will revoke your access and is a pain to get back into the account plus all the previous settings remain i.e. you don't get your updates and you don't get marketing emails (which sometimes is not a bad thing). However, it is quite an easy process to invest in a company.

Great way to invest

Having the live event so investors can hear pitches is really helpful and gives the opportunity to ask questions and get a better idea of the business and it's aspirations. The follow up process to completing the process is very easy.

I like the proposal and the opportunities available.
Consider the could be lowered, quite high that cannot compete with publicly traded opportunities, specially for high value investments. Fees will need to go down in order to make it more interesting for broader population.
