Malgré mon avis laissé sur trust pilote et mes mails adressés à leur société crowcube ne me contacte toujours pas.
Je pense que si vous deviez investir au sein de leur société renseignez-vous ce qu'il devient des fonds en cas de décès. Et surtout comment vos héritiers "pourraient les récupérer"

The credit card section showed Amex as…
The credit card section showed Amex as an option, so I had transferred funds to my Amex. Entered the card number to process my payment, it says Amex not accepted. Then had problem getting sufficient funds to another card. Had to do 4 x transactions. Credit card not necessarily the easiest thing for large amounts you should have a different option for larger investments

Thanks for letting us know about your experience.
Crowdcube accepts payments by Visa and Mastercard debit, credit or prepaid cards only, processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Unfortunately, American Express is not a supported card type, which is why the payment was declined when you tried to use it. We're sorry this wasn't clearer at checkout and that it meant you had to make multiple transactions across cards to complete your investment.
We also appreciate your feedback about credit cards not being the most convenient option for larger investment amounts, and about offering an alternative payment method for these — we'll pass this on internally.

Not recommended.....
Most of my investments since 2013 have failed. I am still holding out for 1 or 2 but the wait period has been 12+ years. I own Crowdcube but there is no secondary market in their own shares, which is crazy and they dont give a reason - in fact they ignore my emails and complaints. Its very difficult to recommend this company.
And as of 24th August, they have not responded to this review or the direct email to customer service. Lots of Newbies giving then 5 stars but its best to check the reviews by investors who have been in for 5+ years....

Just invested in this type of investment and found it very straight forward and quick to engage in . Only the future will tell if it is a good way to fund new businesses .

Clearer call-to-action buttons please
The call-to-action button, i.e. to place the investment amount should be clearer and at the landing page - the first page that the user see when he or she user receives the email notification that the investment opportunity is now open - instead of another page.
Alternatively, have a button that says "Click here to invest" so that the user knows that he/she needs to get to another page to place the investment sum.
