Credit karma is a complete sham! They sent notification of all these offers for credit to refinance debt, and I was supposedly approved at a 12.74% interest rate on a very small loan. The lender contacted me and advised that the interest rate is double the amount that credit karma advertised. Now I have wasted a hard inquiry on my credit because of their deceit. They are complete frauds and don’t believe anything that you read from them!!!!! I have now deleted their app and will be removing my account

Not a good company to put trust in. If I received a damaged product from a retail store, it can be exchanged, refunded or nothing if its not within the refund rules which are usually clear. Right?
With Credit KARMA they have all your personal information and say you have excellent odds of approval or you get $50. From who? Fraudulent advertising. I applied for a personal loan and all it did was ding my credit score. Months ago I applied for a credit card, again,, excellent odds for approval and no apr for 15 months on transfers, I got the approval for $1000, that will not help with $4500 debt, who wants to pay a 5%service fee to transfer 1/4 of your debt. I just recovered from that hard inquiry. Do not Trust this Company's advice. Especially, if you are trying to build your credit score. My fault for believing in them twice, NEVER AGAIN.

Credit karma deserves absolutely no star. They shouldn’t even be in business. What a bunch of scammers and crooks. I get locked out of my account and I’ve been doing this for almost a week. They have no one 800 number they have so-called agents online. They want you to talk to while uploading your personal document online not even knowing who you’re sending your documents to. I upload my documents four times and each time they said that it was rejected, but on my end, it showed successful. Please don’t waste your time with these scammers

They are okay with credit scores. They know little about handling money for people.

They are not for consumers but credit card companies loan companies with extremely high interest rates they are quick to destroy yr credit by sharing info from these companies

I was trying to do and instant transfer to my bank like I have many times and was told I don't qualify now. I called and was told the System says I don't qualify. Ok so why don't I qualify now. I just did a transfer last week and had no problem. Customer service couldn't help so I ask for a supervisor and she was less help. So I closed my account. When I need my money I want to be able to get it.

If I could give them negative Stars I would. They lie and say if you're not approved for certain credit cards they'll give you a certain amount of money. Well I applied I wasn't approved and I even emailed them and said that I wanted the money that they said I was going to get if I wasn't approved and they didn't even answer me. This is a low life company with credit scores that aren't even true to the actual bureaus.

It's common sense to block this spam loving content. Also your safety is at high risk by giving your personal information to untrustworthy company's that clearly aren't worthy.
I pray that president Trump will put a stop on these misleading predators that will RUNE you. Just say NO.

CK offers the ability to check what loan offers may be available while clearly claiming "no impact to credit score" and that there will only be a hard inquiry after you pick one to apply to. I found this was not true. After putting my info in I had three hard inquiries back to back and not a single offer.

Credit Karma is the worst. They are inaccurate and only report when you spend and not when you pay down credit cards. This is annoying and they push only credit card and other items you do not need or want. They have changed into a storefront front credit cards an other services that you don't need. They used to be great they are at the bottom of the barrel to me. Don't sign up with these guys. They are bad.

I have had a account with Credit Karma for long time and had 1000$ in the account and they was offering 135$ bonus if you did the required listed items and u was to do
And then u was to get the 135$ bonus added to your account and I did everything and they didn’t give me the bonus 135$ so I took out my money 1000$ and closed down the account and guess what going on day 3/4 and I haven’t got my 1000$ back I’m calling the attorney general and everyone else to get my money back! I am totally p***** This place is fake. I have used the same phone number for over 9 months. All of a sudden, I can't get into my account. Then they make you do this faith verification. And a driver license clarification, which doesn't work because it says I'm approved, but when I talk to one of them, they can't see anything. It's fake I don't know what's going on and how crooked these people are, but it's fake. I pray to God there is a class action lawsuit because I'm going to join it. They don't help you. They lie about your credit score and then you check with experian. Or you check with trans union and it's totally different. They play this game so bad today, I have tried to appease them 10 times and they still say they can't see something so they can't approve me to get back in to the the application, this is bull.I'm so angry.I'm so mad.My pressure is so high because of these sorry , lying people i'm sick of this

They just recommended I add over 13k to an existing 5k loan. They are a shill for predators not looking after customers, Do not trust their recommendations!

I went into my portal on credit karma and found a loan that would work for me. I applied straight from my portal only to find out that it was a scam. Why would CK not know they have scammers on there site... I'm so pissed. I have to file a report, freeze credit etc. I tried to reach out to them but only chat online was available I asked to speak to a manager the rep said they would email me in sometime within 30days. Theirs no one to talk to. Ck needs to be held liable for this.

Used to be a good service when it was MINT. It has been ruined. Have a duplicate account on my profile, but it doesn't show up under manage accounts, only in net worth - and artificially affects numbers because it is a duplicate of another account. No way I can delete it. Contacted CreditKarma many months ago -- they "escalated" it -- but still nothing. So apparently CreditKarma can't delete it either. Moving on... what a shame. No surprise at the 1 star overall reviews!

This was the worst customer experience I've ever had. The loan officer, Tate, claimed to be a senior loan officer, but it became very apparent that wasn't true by the end of this experience . I have an 800 credit score and made well over the required amount per month to qualify for a refinance on my house. Somehow they managed to screw up my income with the underwriting process and put in only 1/3 of my total income, even though I had provided W-2s multiple pay stubs and everything they needed. They told me at the end they couldn't go back or change anything about it and they wouldn't refund me my $500 for the rate lock in fee. I will never use the Credit Karma again. They are truly awful.

I made the mistake n of applying for a debt consolidation loan on credit karma. Not only was I offered a loan considerably different than what was offered. (Something like 30% interest).However after i declined this ridiculous loan offer I began getting 2,3 even 4 calls a day from what I think is a few companies calling from different numbers using different names. This has gone on for 8 months now. I have contacted credit karma and I have listed my number with the do not call list but the calls keep coming day and night. I block and report every number now but the calls keep coming. Good luck if you use this tool.

The Worst Credit Company! They have a non working phone number for the “ Corporate Office “ in CA! Emails ( Multiple) to “ Support “ at Credit Karma are never even replied to ! Clearly , Credit Karma is the Worst Credit Company in the USA! Stay away from them! Their App is just as bad as the company! Stay away from them!

I'm not here to share my financial situation. I'm here to let new comers be aware of what credit karma is doing with your information. When they post the approval odds on your app saying you have outstanding approval odds based on your information it's not true because when you apply for a loan or credit card you are turned down based on your income or credit score which lowers your score because of the hard pull which in return makes it harder the next time you try. But at the same time they are being paid for referring you to that company. In other words it's a win win for them and you are the only ones losing. Just something to think about before you use them.

Credit Karmas credit score is lower than what I have on transunion. I worked hard to get my score to 747. Meanwhile, credit karma is suppose to help you to get your credit fixed. When applying for their loans, you qualify for none. Why is that? Because they are looking for people that will fall into high interest rates and fees beyond affordability. They charge higher interest rates and double the interest fees to pay over longer periods of time. I applied feeling confident with my credit score through SOFI, LendingClub and OneMainFinancial and none of them approved me. Thankfully, due to unapproval they didn't do a hard pull. Plus, I took pictures after every step of the way to make sure that if they do a hardpull on my credit after just checking my rate that I would fight it with the BBB and if i have to court to fight these socalled companies that are suppose to help people with their credit get sued and shut them down. People are struggling and these companies interest rates are over the roof expensive. If you take out a $30k loan you pay $15k to $11k in interest fees and it does not matter if you have an excellent credit score. They have other criteria that we know nothing about to be able to get approved. So thanks for nothing Credit Karma. You definitely care less about the people and cater to these companies price gauging and overcharging on loans which I know that you get awarded for getting people scammed into applying for these loans that no one can afford. I must be lucky because I did not get approved when doing my rate. So does credit score matter? No it does not.
