The ordering was easy, I got a discount and the size guide was perfect

I buy in the sales as usually discount heavily

Both products were excellent - ladies walking boots and fleece. The boots fitted well, they were comfortable from the first walk over very uneven, tussocky ground and climbing metal five-barred gates so a good trial which they passed with flying colours. The fleece is warm, light,comfortable, easy to wash, quick to dry - first rate. I am extremely pleased with both purchases. This is my first purchase from Craghoppers, but won't be the last!

I need to return items but am struggling as regards to the free returns for members. I can only contact an AI bot who is no help. I would prefer to contact a person.

I needed some boots for autumn that are waterproof, because my wellies were too warm, I found a good pair, easy to order, reasonable delivery, the boots are nice quality and I would buy from them again

Leider muss ich meine bisherige Bewertung ergänzen. Bei meiner ersten Bestellung gab es bereits einen technischen Fehler. Bei der zweiten Bestellung ist die Lieferung überhaupt nicht bei mir angekommen.

Seit mehreren Tagen muss ich nun mit dem Kundenservice schreiben. Es gibt ständig neue Rückfragen und alles muss erst langwierig geprüft werden. Obwohl meine Adresse korrekt angegeben wurde, zieht sich die Angelegenheit immer weiter hin.

Mittlerweile habe ich einfach keine Lust mehr auf diesen ganzen Aufwand und möchte die Bestellung gar nicht mehr. Trotzdem muss ich weiterhin auf mein Geld warten.

Für mich wirkt der gesamte Ablauf äußerst unprofessionell und kundenunfreundlich. Nach diesen Erfahrungen kann ich diese Seite leider nicht empfehlen.

Fast delivery, nice fit

Anthony The delivery driver with evri would not deliver my parcel even though I was at home. My trousers have been returned to craghoppers. I just want them delivered to my home . All others drivers deliver parcels to my home with no problem

The length of the trousers is wrong and I can not get through to any representative of Craghoppers to help me with a couple of straight forward questions. This is my first experience shopping with Cragghoppers and the experience has been dissapointing and totally frustrating. My questions are easy to solve but there is no one responding to me

I bought a Kiwi II trousers and arrived with defective zipper, took pictures and went to website to refund.

Website did not ask any pictures or questions other then what was wrong from drop down menu.

Got my QR code to return, returned within 1 hour of arrival.

They refunded me within few hours after I delivered to Post Office. So they didn't even check the product or ask for pictures.

Quality was nice but sadly not a good quality control. Happy with the return policy, very easy and honest approach.

Would buy product from them again knowing their approach dealing with defective products.
