Fit finder on site was rubbish
Usually a uk 14, fit finder recommended a size 12 got a 16 and still didnt fit id need almost a 20 i think. Delivered outside of estate delivery i paid extra for not bothered returning the trousers as Evri is the delivery service.

Dreadful customer service robot
I have bought craghoppers products many times and the products are good. Unfortunately, the customer service department is utterly dreadful when deliveries don't arrive. What appears to be an AI based response seems unable to deal with unreliable delivery companies. The cheerful "it's on its way" doesn't help when the parcel is not delivered.

If i could give zero stars, I would. Not only was the return and refund process terrible - I am STILL left with an incomplete refund despite being in touch and told a correction would be made - the product itself is bad. On my first wear, the button of the trousers snapped off and cannot be repaired. I am utterly disappointed in my purchase and won’t be buying again

I love the Craghoppers products
I love the Craghoppers products. I have accumulated close to a full kit. I have several pairs of trousers that range from Cargo Pants, long and short, for different outdoor activities in a range of climates. I have Zip-offs for holidays and fair weather walking/hiking and waterproof pants for the occasional shower (I live in Ireland after all). I love my waterproof Jacket also, light, breathable and above all, waterproof. I recently bought one of their shirts, I had an older one and loved it, but increasing waist and weight, despite being above averagely active, required a larger size. The one query is why some of the belt loops have poppers on them? They do wear out faster than the trousers and I end up stitching them closed. I haven't yet found a reason for them.
